At the cost of $60 for a meal I expect much better.
I got the 12 piece bucket with sides. Ordered original. After the order was placed and paid for, someone from the line came around to tell me they didn't have enough original so some had to be extra crispy.
This meal comes with three large sides. I ordered the mashed potatoes with gravy, mac n' cheese, and corn with an individual side of cole slaw.
Just a few minutes later another line guy tells me that it'll be 20 minutes before the biscuits are done. I could wait for the biscuits or I could have another large side in it's place. I asked, but no partial refunds allowed. So I got the fries, the only side I didn't already order.
I was watching as a different line guy scooped the fries into the container. You could have folded the sides in for a "top" and not touched the fries. Should have been a warning for the other sides.
I asked the cashier, when he brought my bagged meal to me, if he could please top off the fries. Which, to his credit, he did.
According to the maps' gps, it is only a 7 minute drive from KFC to my house.
The chicken was luke warm, the sides' containers weren't half full (except for the cole slaw and gravy-those were filled to the rim), and the fries were cold and noodle floppy.
For $60 I expect so...

After going through the process of entering all my info, they immediately sent me a notice that my order had been canceled. They processed the payment already but immediately canceled my order. After 40 mins on call with the pathetic customer service i was told there is no resources available to remedy this and someone MAY call me next week. They also said the funds MAY be credited back in 3 days. This is pathetic! Big corporate entities just see us as peasants! When will WE stand up and stop letting these companies STEAL, lie, cheat, and abuse us. They make it near impossible to even make a complaint and offer NO recourse or options to rectify this blatant THEFT! Now, I have to find someone else to accommodate my dinner party without the funds available on this card. I would have understood if they just rejected the order initially without charging my card but the fact that they took my money and immediately just canceled my order without any apology or explanation speaks to the ethics and integrity of this company. to make it worse, they intentionally make it difficult to even complain about this abuse...

I demand the owner and corporate respond to me and talk about how horrible issue is and what is happening with It. I will not bring It up in this review. However Marina should not be a manager and leading a team as she provides the worst and rude customer service I have experienced in my entire time. Management and the owner should take responsibility and care about their experience of people and have basic interactions with people.
