My husband and I love The Factory. I loved picking out lighting for our home. The staff was knowledgeable and helped us choose not only beautiful but the correct size lighting. Our online account made it so easy to keep track of what we wanted for each room. I was easily able to make changes online. I would love to pick out lighting day after day. We didn’t stop there. We purchased a beautifully made Amish made dining room table. Prices are higher than your chain type stores but the quality and beauty has exceeded our expectations. We loved adding a china cabinet to our table. We have also purchased outdoor furniture. Again, more money then chain type stores but it also came with an amazing warranty. The value in quality and appearance were worth the investment to us. If you aren’t interested in spending the money on Amish made furniture, the extraordinary staff can help you find something in your price range. Most recently, we purchased some beautiful lamps at discounted rates and we are anticipating an Amish made bedroom set for our daughter. We are so pleased with our decision to purchase at The Factory again! About two years ago we searched for and found our dining room table at The Factory. The staff and service was unmatched and so we returned recently to purchase a couch. The couch is beautiful- it suits our space, our style, and our family’s needs perfectly.

Once again, I have to say that we have felt important through the whole process. Our saleswoman, Marla, was so patient and helpful. She insisted we take fabric samples home to see them in our house. I was ready to decide at the store and kind of overwhelmed with all the choices, but she knew what she was doing because I hated my original choices in our home. It took two tries but when we selected a fabric I knew it was the one. When the furniture arrived the corner fabric was peeled back just a bit- Ryan, a Factory employee, called and set up someone to fix the upholstery within hours. It was a minor blemish, but THEY insisted on making it perfect. This speaks volumes for a company and it is why when we need furniture or lighting we will return to...

We had a fantastic experience thanks to our salesperson, Tim. The only thing I knew about Amish outdoor furniture was that it was probably out of my price range, but I went in to look for two lounge chairs anyway. After two more visits, I purchased the two lounge chairs, a dining table, six chairs, an end table, and a fan! You just can't deny that you get what you pay for...excellent quality, a 20 year warranty, not having to pack it up at the end of the season, and a real human to go back to should there be any issues. After spending dozens of hours online, the answer was two blocks from my home. I will never need to spend money on outdoor furniture again, making this investment incredibly worth it. Whenever we do something at our home we never want to have to do it again, and this was the answer!
