Riverfront Park — Attraction in Dickson City

This was my first time bringing my dog to this dog park, although I appreciate they have a restroom and an area for the dogs to get water, it's absolutely disgusting and people aren't picking up after their animals. The park itself isn't even that big for the owners to miss where their dogs are going to the bathroom.
