If you need internet to work or for your kids, I wouldn't recommend staying here. Internet would go out around the same time every morning and then come back on around the same time every night. I was working remotely and had to use my Hotspot most of the time I was there. This went on for almost 4 weeks. I told the front desk and he said he was having someone come out and look at and then turned around and wanted to know who told me someone was coming to look at because that was news to him. He also acted surprised when i would tell him the internet isn't working again like it was the first time i ever told him. I just gave up and rode out the days I had left and reserved a room down the road. There were spots on the walls in the bathroom that looked like blood pic attached. The toilet seat was to big for the toilet. Almost every towel I got had stains on them, and they are paper thin. The beds are super uncomfortable. The little love seat dips in the middle, so it wasn't very comfortable unless you put a pillow in the middle under the cushions. The carpet is really sticky so make sure you bring house shoes. The towel rack in the bathroom is just hanging on, I bumped it once, and the whole thing fell off the wall. The curtains or crooked and the curtain rod holder looks like it is about to dome out of the wall too. It's not the cleanest place to stay. I was in a room when I first got there in the main part near the pool that had decent internet then the manager told me he needed to move me for remodeling which turned out to be a lie. He turned around and put a football team where I was. I paid more for the room I went to because it had a stove and fridge my choice but no internet except when he turned it back on. There is too much of a coincidence on when it went out to when it came back on for there not to be some foolery going on. The washing machine or dryer left white marks on all my clothes. The weight room never opened up or had anyone working on it to reopen it. One housekeeper entered my room without knocking and scared the heck out of me. The TV wasn't working, and the manager told me I needed to call Cox cable so they could fix it and give them a code. He ended up calling them. I guess he could tell by the look on my face. When the cox cable tech showed up, they told him there was no one in the room and to just go in. Imagine both of our surprises when we met at the door while he trying to enter. I had no idea he was coming to fix it. The ashtray pictured dumped over was like that when i got there and stayed like that my whole stay. The front desk lady was very nice and as helpful as she could be. The housekeepers are all very nice, some language barrier, but I have a translator app, so no biggie. The pool had some kind of film on top so I wouldn't swim in it. I didn't get a pic of it, but there is a piece of the metal ceiling hanging over near the pool that looks like it is about to fall. The pool table would not drop the balls. This place could be awesome under new management. The manager didn't want to switch my room until I was checking out, and he found out my job would have someone in the area until the end of the year. I could have overlooked everything else if he had just had the...
Read moreNot happy with the man at the front desk who said he was the general manager of this establishment. My grandma was helping me out by booking my stay here but messed up the day so she called back to cancel that stay. He told her it was canceled and that it wouldn’t charge me. Well July 5th I get a notice that I was being charged. I came in for my new reservation and I asked about the other charge. He says I didn’t show up. I said no it was canceled he then admits he remembered that conversation with my grandmother and then proceeded to lecture me about why was someone else booking for me that he learned a lesson and is never going to accept reservations made for someone by someone else and how this was too much and ridiculous and he wasn’t even gonna bother with trying to figure it out. Gave me a refund and continued with his lecture for at least 10-20 minutes in an elevated tone. I kept my mouth shut. He then started to be nice once I wouldn’t answer him or look at him I took my key card went to my room and that’s it. The guest who was looking to get a room after me shut down and was quiet. I’m appalled with this kind of behavior especially if it was the general manager. That is not how you handle those types of situations especially if you are a deteriorating establishment. This place is low on people the rooms are dingy the furniture is gross. This place is no longer the way it used to be . You don’t berate a customer for something you messed up in the first place. Will never come back here again until thing significantly change. Management needs replaced and facilities should be shut down and renovated. Dirty mattresses lined up outside my...
Read moreDon’t stay here! Just save yourself! The only almost good thing about this hotel is the location. The service is literally nonexistent. We did not have hot water for our entire stay. At one point we didn’t even have water. We reported it to the front desk but got no where. After two nights we just left and drove to Guymon, the hotel was better as was the casino. We witnessed another guest asking for clean towels, and the man told her no because apparently they had given her clean towels the day before. WTH?!?! As for the rooms- we had a suit. It was roomy. For the size I give 2 stars. But it is very dated!!! With random furniture. Our pillows were worn out, and the cases were stained. The bed has a blanket for a spread/comforter. It was not warm enough or big enough. The mattress was old and worn out. Most likely 10 years old or older and I’d guess bought second hand from another hotel who was updating. The towels are so small. I’m a small thin person and I couldn’t wrap the towel around myself. The room offers a kitchen, but minimal utensils and cooking supplies. Honestly, this place is a great idea, it could be so cute! But it needs a new owner who wants to put money back into the hotel to update it, or at the very least provide hot water for the guests. I would also suggest more...
