Casa Mariachi — Restaurant in Dodge City

I Ordered a Mexican hamburger, they served it to me plain (only the meat and chesse) I asked my server a young nice girl what that burger comes with and she told me the ingredients, then I showed her my burger didnt have the rest of the ingredients ifnthey could put them inthe burger. She then politely offered to have them make a new one, she brought back burger and it had lettuce and tomato inside and outside of the burger, kind of in an exaggerated way. at this point i was like oh ok maybe they are just trying ti be nice. anyways they still forgot the jalapeños and the buns were wet to the point you couldnt pick u p the burger, maybe from all the lettuce, idk. I asked the girl.if I could have jalapeños on the side for it and her once again in a polite manner offered to bring me some. Then at this point my sister asked if I could just have a new burger since I wasn't able to pick it up with the bread being all moist, my server then went to the back and brought me another one. Later another server ( that was not ou server) an older woman that looked mad when we came in that didnt even greet us came and asked my niece that had just finished eating and her plate was almost empty if she "COULD TAKE HER PLATE AWAY OR IF SHE NEEDED A NEW ONE" then she laughed. I try not to pay importance to it, but then I realized she was just making fun of us for what had just happened. Our actual server the young girl was really nice and handled things very well. We weren't rude to her or anything and she wasn't to us either. I don't understand why the older lady had to come in when our table wasnt even hers then llto come and say that unnecesary comment to us as if we did something wrong, we just asked in a nice way for our food to be right, after all we come and pay for it. Inwo7ldve given onw star to service, but I am giving 2 only since the young girl was so nice and had way better attitude then the older lady Anyway, please if staff are already having a bad day and are going to make customers feel like shit by laughing at them have them go to something and bit take care of customers. First thing first this is a bad review! Food was just ok but the service, ugh . I was invited to eat with some friends because they chose the place but we never thought it would be so bad. I would like to be specific: two Cuban waitresses. The waiter was somewhat inexperienced but attentive, the waitress was very careless, I mean because of the way she treated us . I almost had to yell at her when she approached the table because she ignored me raising my finger to ask for her service, but the worst thing was that she made me feel like a stalker just because I asked her where she was from. Another waiter intervened and she left without saying a word and ignoring everyone at the table like she had just met an officer who asked for her ID. It's just that she's very shy,! said a waiter. We all thought it was a joke because her reaction was immature and unjustified. as well as the fact that the table was not cleaned for more than 30 minutes, but in short, not because they did not speak much English or because we were Latinos or because we did not know what it means to have good treatment with courtesy in these times…. Any way I didn’t asked for her name either but if you ever going there and see a 5,5 , skinny waitress who’s seems dissociated and a little bit rude...

Casa mariachi has quite the extensive menu but doesn’t come close to good taste. The service was horrid, my bartender was pretty rude, when I showed him my ID he started questioning me if it was real and where I’ve obtained it. To clarify I’m 25 years old, and a Kansas resident. So if you want to go to a place with poor taste and even worse service be my guest.Oh I almost forgot that after the bartender made me quite uncomfortable with his comments and jokes (one which was to be careful for my wallet that I just place on the counter because he’s from Mexico City) I decided to just pay my bill and leave and yet he still mocked me by laughing at me for not ordering anything else. Thus, I don’t recommend anyone of eating there more than once, there’s better places to go to have a better time and feel more welcomed. They really need better people and more charismatic...
