Very, very pleased from the store visit to the delivery to the best sleep that we have had in a long time. Sam is the man!!! So friendly and knowledgeable and even better, he's the man that is going to make your mattress!! Felt like a family member was helping and being genuine as to what you might like. I have told all of my friends and family to go nowhere else but Verlo and see Sam. We opted for the double sided that you can flip over... remember those? They are impossible to find in the National chains and furniture stores. Don't hesitate to go to Verlo if you're in the market for a new mattress. It's nice to know that everything is made right here The materials right down to the thread they use are NOT of questionable Chinese origins and there is a comfort guarantee where they will adjust your mattress if you sleep on it and decide it needs some tweaking. Sam is an incredibly genuine and caring person. He's worked at this location for many years. I had a custom mattress made from schematics I requested from a hotel that had The most comfortable matress that I've ever slept on. I brought the information to Sam - without hesitation, he was up for the challenge. He created the Best double pillow top mattress!! 7 years later, the pillow top had a slight compression spot from where my hips were. I called Sam up - asked if it was possible to "tune-up" the mattress. Again without hesitation, he said absolutely! For a fraction of the cost, I now have another brand-new mattress. I shopped at a few mattress stores and wasn’t thrilled with the salesman, pricing , and the sales tactics .I was getting frustrated ! I ended up going to Verlo mattress in sleepy Hollow. I met Sam and he inform me how their beds are custom built with all American products in their store. I purchased the V3 plush top and I couldn’t be happier!
