The massage was pretty good so that to me is the most important thing. I am used to scents and music in the room but for some reason they didn't have either. Given that this is the Four Seasons, I would expect a little more of an "experience" in the spa for the cost and the brand. Waiting area - tiny. only had 3 or 4 leather loungers that were uncomfortable. You had to fully lay on them (or sit on the edge) which was uncomfortable. They weren't covered with towels so you had to rely on the robe to keep you from touching/sticking to the leather. There was nowhere else to sit. There was water, tea, and a few chocolate covered nuts. That is all. I know they were booked because it was the only time available during my stay. So it wasn't an "off" time. The bathroom area was nice. Very clean and sanitary. The lockers were clean and modern. The shower was nice but there was nowhere to put clothes or hang a towel for when you get out. It was equipped for handicap. I believe there is only one shower but maybe there was a second one. There is a sauna which was clean and hot. The pool is very nice with cabanas. There was more service there so that was up to par with a 4S hotel. Would I go back? Only if I book again with my AmEx. Since I booked my stay with AmEx, it ended up costing a "regular" massage price instead of the 4S jacked up price. I would definitely not go back at full...

Great spa! Amazing massage and wonderful ladies room with steam room, rain shower, plush robe and endless amenities. The whirlpool is closed and they are turning that area into a bar and grill by the pool. The pool is heated and spa guests can enjoy it but cannot access fitness room. You can easily spend a relaxing day here. Coffee shop and restaurant downstairs or you can order food to the spa. Complementary valet parking for spa guests as an...

Luxury and relaxing altogether. The staff is very welcoming, and the experience here surpasses Burke Williams because of the staff going above and beyond. Spa services include access to the pool area that has an outdoor bar and food menu. Great way to continue the relaxing post spa service. Highly recommend by yourself or...
