We created a giant rainbow string art installation to frame my wedding ceremony and it took my breath away 😍 Being the scrappy creatives that we are, Yoko and I were brainstorming how to put this together when we discovered Villa Montalvo coincidentally had a string art installation on view. After a quick visit, there was no turning back! Many trips to @The Home Depot , @Michaels Stores , & @JOANN Stores later with Yarn Inspirations, @Lion Brand Yarn 🧶 , + Red Heart Yarn in tow, we got into designing and prototyping. The hardest part was the build process which consisted of putting a ton of little screws into long planks of wood and a complex system of string organization to make it possible to transport and complete the build on site. We quickly learned that large-scale installations require an army of support and expertise. None of this would have been possible without the support of some dear friends and family (and of course my husband, Justin), for which I will forever be grateful. To this day, I still don’t know how they managed to assemble it all and get all the strings over this giant tree to create this beautiful installation, but the final result blew me away. I wanted to stay there forever! Share this with a friend who loves being creative and help us spread the love 🌈 Wedding Photographer: Nirav Patel Photography Installation, Designer + Planner: Two Perfect Events Inspiration from Sudnya Shroff #twoperfectevents #weddinginstallation #bayareaweddingplanner #weddingdesigners #weddingceremonydecor #weddingceremonyideas #californiaweddingday #greenweddingshoes #redheartyarn #lionbrandyarn

I've been a customer at this home depot location for over 20 years. Probably have spent $40,000 in that time. A few weeks ago home depot tried to tow my truck because I was literally parked less than a foot in the red in the contractor parking area. I had to pay $150 dollars to get it taken off the truck. That day the tow company contracted by home depot towed many vehicles. Vehicles owned by contractors who spend a lot of money at home depot. This is no way to treat your customers home depot, SHAME ON YOU. After the incident, I have seen the same tow truck waiting for people to park in the red area. This is unethical business practices on the part of the two truck company. AND home depot is partly to blame for this problem, let me explain. Home depot staff stores materials in the parking area assigned for contractors. So the contractors have to park in red to load materials. I spoke to a manager named JEFF at this home depot location, by the way he did not want to give me his last name. He was rude by the way. He said there is a huge parking lot, and just park there if you need to load. Let me tell you JEFF, it's very hard to load pallets of concrete and materials in those small spaces. And creates a dangerous situation with a forklift. Home depot needs stop putting materials in the contractor parking and figure out more parking for contractors. Also, I have seen home depot unloading huge pallets of materials right on to the red fire lane on the opposite side of the contractor parking. SHAME ON YOU home depot,...

I strongly urge anyone considering a kitchen project to avoid this Home Depot location and take your business elsewhere.

I purchased a countertop replacement with installation and backsplash tiles with installation. I was assured both would be completed in the same week. Instead: • My kitchen was demolished, the countertops (which arrived damaged) were installed, and then I was told the backsplash could only be installed in 4 weeks. • I called the store many times without help and had to drive there in person. No manager came out for over 3 hours while I waited — pregnant — in the store. Manager Jeff finally came after 2.5 hours. • I canceled the installation and hired my own installer, only to discover that Home Depot had sent me the wrong materials. • When I returned to resolve this, Sandra made me wait an hour and then told me I would have to pay a restocking fee. She also ignored my multiple attempts to reach her before.

This entire process was beyond unacceptable — damaged products, false promises, poor scheduling, zero accountability, and managers who actively avoided speaking to me.

The only positive interaction I had was with Mac/Mak, who was patient and respectful. Unfortunately, one good employee does not make up for the nightmare the rest of the staff put me through.

If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, choose a different Home Depot location. This one has completely failed in customer service and...

I'm usually hesitant to give 5-star reviews to businesses, but after my positive experience with Josh, Cynthia, and Adriana at store 6603, I'd be remiss if I didn't publicly let everyone know how helpful they were. My wife and I bought a washer / dryer combo here last month and a factor in our decision to go ahead with the purchase was that we'd qualified for a $200 manufacturer rebate from H&E. Josh was very kind, transparent, and genuine throughout the entire sales process. After buying the washer and dryer, as I was filling out the rebate form, I noticed that I had to be an actual H&E utilities customer to secure the rebate. Since my wife and I live in on-campus housing and my university takes care of our utilities, I discovered that we hadn't in fact qualified for the $200 rebate.

Feeling frustrated, I contacted Home Depot that same day and told Josh what. Admittedly, I probably came off as hostile, but Josh was compassionate, and worked with his supervisor Cynthia to rectify the situation. Rather then telling me "tough luck; take it up with the manufacturer," they agreed to refund $100 to my debit card. Adriana was helpful in this stage of the process and worked with me to ensure that I received my refund.

Overall, I've been very satisfied with my Home Depot experience, largely thanks to Josh (especially), Cynthia, and Adriana. Keep up the...
