If there's an option for "o" star review then i would definitely leave it for this store....such an UNHAPPY shopping experience! My little 7 years old girl found a little pink purse at the store today and felt in love w/ it.....the original price tag was $64 ish (blue and pink)..The blue color wasn't on sale and i was happy that she likes the pink one because it got marked down to $42 ish and cheaper than the blue one. At the check out, the sale associate scanned and the price was still showing $64 bucks...she made a scene like the tag were switched off and said "customers do that all the time" .(btw, it was impossible to peel off the glue sticker clearance tag in one piece and create the matching skill number w/ the original tag if they're trying to find someone to blame) ...I wasn't happy; i felt her message was directly at me although she denied it when i'd confronted her..First of all, the SKILL number/BAR CODE matched EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE ORIGINAL tag and the description of the purse...if the item has been marked down and their system didn't get updated or whatever the reason then it WEREN'T the customer's fault. ..so DON'T accuse the customer if they didn't do their job correctly. ..instead of arguing w/ their customer over $22 bucks different, they could of look closely and find that both of the new and old skill numbers are the same....the description is exactly the same as the blue purse when i had requested them to scan again.....Not even an apology from the manager when she came down...i was really mad and wanted to walk out the store but my little girl loves the purse! the sale associate really show attitudes and didn't even ask if i would like to purchase a shopping bag until i've asked...she then wanted to run another credit card transaction for .25 cent..???...Bottom line is, this store needs to train their staffs again even the department manager...before accusing their customers "switching the price tags"...etc..how about LEARN HOW TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND MAKE SURE YOUR MARK DOWN PRICES GET UPDATED IN YOUR SYSTEM so shopper like me won't look like an idiot in front of...

Was at checkout and asked the employee to check the price of a shirt for my mother. Since she wanted to know if it had an extra discount. Employee checked it and quickly placed it on the rack when you back out of buying something. Assumed I was not going to purchase the shirt for my mother.
Multiple times canceled the PIN transaction without the need to. Just because I was struggling to find the correct card I wanted to pay with.
On top of that while paying was very rude and tapping acrylic nails on the pin pad because I did not realize my PIN was being required once I paid. Employee could have told me nicely but did not want to talk to me.
Threw my bag on the counter. Throughout the whole transaction was rude and tapping the acrylic nails on the table as if they wanted me to leave as fast...

Since I didnāt receive the label after 2hours, I drove 30min to Pall alto rack to return them. They took the items and mentioned they have been returned already!!! Although I never received a confirmation. Very poor management!! I would not expected it from Nordestrom!!!!! I waisted an hour in the store so they could figure out their mess and give me a receipt that I have returned my items or give my items back. The supervisor, Denise edmondson, was very rude. She took my items off of my hand, like Iām gonna steal those!!!!!!!!! I donāt know even if she gets it that I brought those items back and they are claiming that they have refunded them already without taking the items back!!!!!!!!!! That was a mess!!!! I would not...
