Would give 0 stars if I could. Was told that the mattress I was purchasing was not in stock at the store and they could not guarantee which day in particular it would be delivered, but that it would take 3-5 business days to arrive. Since I was moving and didn't want the mattress to arrive before my move-in date, the solution offered by the salesperson at the store was that they could have the mattress shipped to the store, and then delivered along with the frame a week later (and I could pick up the cover the week after that, since it was not in stock either). I purchased the mattress on a Friday, and the frame was delivered the following Friday as expected, but no mattress was with it. It's now the following Monday night going on Tuesday, and the mattress is still more than halfway across the country. According to the FedEx number they gave me, my mattress hadn't even begun to ship until 4 business days after I purchased it. I'm now in the process of trying to get a full refund, and to get them to take their frame away. I will go to literally any other mattress store and purchase one which can actually be delivered to me in a decent manner.
UPDATE- Store told me that I would be charged $100 to take back the "free" frame that was delivered and set up with the purchase of my mattress (the mattress which I still don't have and will not be arriving anytime soon). Manager called back and lied about delivery timing and regarding their carrier FedEx, and claimed that I would be charged $500 if I tossed out the frame on my own (even though she personally told me the frame costs $350 but it was free with purchase of queen size or larger mattress). They won't come back and remove the frame until the mattress is delivered, which could be weeks from now, and they refuse to process my refund until the mattress arrives (again, which could be weeks from now). Upon delivery and removal of old mattress and box spring the movers damaged portions of my wall and ceiling in the stairway. I notified the store of the damage. The store requested picture documentation be sent to them. Receipt of pictures was confirmed. I was then told that someone from the company would reach out to me within 48 hours. That was 12 days ago. Yesterday I went into the store to speak to someone in person. I was told by that sales associate that someone would get back to me within 24 hours. That also was a lie. I would suggest you steer clear of this sales establishment if you seek good service and to be treated like a valued patron. There is far too much competition in the mattress industry for you to have to settle and go through what they are putting me through. I went there to get better sleep, I ended up losing sleep over this transaction.
Update: upon finally getting a call from someone regarding the damage I was able to book an appointment for someone to assess the damage. I purchased the Stearns and Foster Plush pillowtop mattress for $2400.00 to replace my existing Sterns and Foster mattress that had served me well for 15 years. Upon arrival I could not sleep on mattress related to the strong chemical fumes emitting from the mattress. I left the mattress in the room uncovered for a couple of days to air out. Finally I slept on mattress awoke with back ache and headache from the fumes. I uncovered the mattress and let air out again but to no avail, the chemical smell prevailed. I called Janie to request a return or replacement. I requested another Stearns and Foster and was informed of the 10% restocking fee for the defective malodorous mattress of $200.00 or 20% restocking restocking fee of $400.00 if decided not to exchange but just return the mattress.
