Ever since Water's moved their service really seems to have gone downhill. Last July we were doing ext. house work & I reserved a lift for a Sat when workers were to be there. I went in the day before & was told it would be ready, but then they told me it went out & wouldn't return until the following Wed?! I was furious & had to pay up to rent equipment from a local contractor in order to proceed w/ my project. I then tried reaching out to discuss it w/ the manager after the fact, but had to leave a message that was never returned.

I've also found their staff is usually stretched pretty thin & they are less knowledgeable even though it's been 1-2 years since the relocation. Just today I spent 4-5 mins holding while they tried to price an air filter for my mower. They really should have it...

The staff completely failed when they charged me over a hundred dollars for a floor sander day rental. First, the associate gave a bad recommendation for the type of sander to use. I had to go back to the store six times total to sort it out and I live 45 minutes away. They knew the situation But showed no empathy for my frustration and offered no discount for wasting my time and gas. This was my first experience there and it was horrible.

Was referred here from another hardware store that didn't carry what I was looking for (plumbers packing seal). After searching around I wasn't able to find what I was looking for here either but the store employee was very helpful and showed me some alternatives.

On another visit I was looking to rent some equipment from their rental department. But there prices for a simple tiller was way too high.
