Superb experience. We had cottage 7, the Napa Rock cottage. The court yard is actually bigger than the picture on their site. The cottage is roomy, but not huge. The jacuzzi tub actually holds to grown adults. The shower is small, but perfect for shower fizzers to add to your "spa" experience. The cottages are right on the main highway, but there isn't any road noise. You are close to everything from. This location. The staff was fantastic, before we got there (planning for anniversary surprises), during our visit (housekeeping was awesome) and even after we left (follow up email). This was our first trip to ES, and when we return, we are staying here again.

I can’t say enough about this place. Upon arrival we got our keys from the sweetest staff. She helped show us on a map of places to eat and visit and answered any questions we had. We stayed in a quant little cottage, perfect for an anniversary getaway. Nothing fancy and it’s a little older, but we really loved it. They had a few treats and a sweet card upon our arrival, plus a happy anniversary banner. So sweet. There is coffee and a pot provided and restocked when asked. Clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay again.

Just too cute! Older building (exactly what we wanted in ES) but very sturdy. Roomy, adorable, clean cabin, with lots of windows. Self check in/out, lots of information on wifi, TV, etc. Staff checked in with us via text after the first night to make sure everything was great. We had zero questions or issues during our stay. The cabin was cooled to 70° when we arrived and had 2 trays of ice ready in the freezer! Comfortable bed and pillows, and the softest sheets I think I've ever felt!

We stayed an entire week in one of the treehouses, which was very nice inside but being it's only on stilts had times of heavy shaking and vibration caused by somebody walking around inside or even storms outside. The stay was pleasant and quiet, housekeeping did a great job when they were requested every few days. The wifi (which you don't expect to be present in places like this, but it is advertised) was very very spotty and seemed to cut out every several minutes.

Our major issue came when there was confusion on what our last night in the cabin actually was; even though check out was at 10:00 we were not contacted until a little after noon and were told they were going to start moving our stuff out, it took some convincing to allow them to give us even 15 minutes to stop what we were doing and get there. Upon arrival nobody was there, instead just watching us from a distance while we packed up as fast as possible and got out. I understand it was a combined effort of confusion with the booking (even being verbally told at one point we had it for another night) but I would think customers who just paid close to $1,300 at your business would be given more than just a "get out now" situation, even if to just offer suggestions to stay at another nearby hotel, especially after us asking if they had ANY availability in any other units. This otherwise positive stay was ruined by the ending experience, especially so being that when we tried to get some clarity in the middle of the confusion we were only interrupted and told...

We booked our room for one night online, and it was extremely simple. All of the checking in and out is automated - we never had to speak to an individual, and for busy people that's pretty nice. I was sent instructions in my email and they were easy to follow. Our cottage was clean, the towels were soft and fluffy, and everything was working. There were even a few DVDs we could borrow No bugs, roaches, weird smells, or any of the usual complaints someone might have. The cottages are in a great location that's just outside of downtown (easy to get in and out of) and on the trolley route. There are dishes provided, a fridge and microwave, and cleaning supplies are easily accessible. Oh, and the jacuzzi? Amazing.

I only had a couple of complaints, and that's why four stars. I don't know what the general wifi speeds are in the area but they were unusable here. To some that isn't a deal-breaker but for folks who have to carry school/work with them this is something to consider. Speed tests clocked it between 0.5 and 3.7 mbps. We were unable to do anything internet-wise. The other complaint is that the showers were on the small side, but that can be forgiven since we are both 6'.

Other than that it was a great stay. If the object of my complains don't bother you then I really recommend staying here. Of the many places I've stayed in across the country this was one of the...

No matter the price listed, you will be charged a "Property fee" upon booking with NO explanation as to what it is for. Seems like just a way to raise the rental fee. ||Wifi stinks! Goes in and out. Out most of the time.||Cottage is a 2 star place. The gas fireplace heater was kinda cool. Jacuzzi tub was nice but kept shutting off. Maybe on a timer? We never used the TV or the AC unit. Half the love seat & ottoman was used for my suitcase. Hubby's on floor. Linoleum floor looked like tile. Had a small wrought iron table with 2 very hard wrought chairs with no cushions. Microwave, fridge, coffee maker.||The bathroom is small & light over sink was burned out. Tough to put on make up with just 1 small overhead light. Got housekeeping to replace next morning. Lucky we caught them cuz no front desk people we could find the day we checked in. Just a code for lock box. And they do say no front desk. Odd.||The shower is impossibly small, like one in a small travel trailer. If you are large, you won't be able to turn around.||The queen bed is something your grandma or great grandma owned. Brass headboard you can't prop up against. Has old fashioned inner spring mattress on inner spring foundation. It bounces a little. Not totally uncomfortable. Could hear and feel springs give and take. We had cottage #6.||We would never, ever...
