After having anterior cervical discectomy and fusion surgery, I have been in so much discomfort at night because pillows that I had at home. I didn't know what to do. The one pillow I got before all my issues began even caused a pretty good level of pain to my discomfort. At my post-op apt I asked if they had any recommendations and they suggested going to a mattress store. I also asked my therapist at my first session and she agreed. So after looking online it seemed that the Mattress Firm had the best selection. So I got a ride (since I still can't drive) and away we went.

We walked in the door and was immediately greeted by a very friendly face and asked how he could help us. I explained my situation and Patrick jumped right into action and had several pillows to try out. He even had me lay on a bed closest to what we have at home so I could get the best experience trying them out. Based on what I told him from where the pain/discomfort is at night, how I have to sleep now and how I normally sleep, he showed us his top suggestions I quickly found one that was perfect for me! To say I was happy was an understatement. But not only that we didn't take nearly as long as I thought we would and the price was VERY reasonable compared to what I thought I was going to have to spend.

I purchased a new mattress in December, I’m leaving this review in January, and I still remember how amazing Becca was. My boyfriend and I came in browsing on a Sunday. I think it was expected to be slow that day… but throughout my experience more and more customers kept arriving… and Becca greeted every single one of them and then like a boss bounced around to make sure everyone in this entire mattress store felt seen. I came expecting to spend $700… but soon found the mattresses in that budget wouldn’t work for us.
