My wife and I arrived and we were sat down right away. We got drinks and the first round of chips and salsa almost instantly. The rest of our party arrived shortly after and ordered beverages and a refill of chips w/ salsa with Queso. We waited almost 30 minutes for these to arrive. When they finally arrived, we ordered our entrees immediately while also asking for additional chips for the queso. We knew that only one basket of chips would not last long between the 4 of us. One of my friend's cups had a crack in it a third of the way down his. After observation, I discovered the probable cause of such damage. I watched numerous times as the wait staff used the soda glasses to scoop ice from the well instead of using a food safe scoop. We ate the one basket of chips that was at the table and then proceeded to wait as the queso got cold. Over the next half hour there were ZERO chips delivered until our entrees had arrived. None of the entrees were anything to brag about. After we determined our entrees weren't worth finishing, we asked for our bills to be brought so we could pay and leave. We waited another 35 minutes and had to ask a second time for our checks so we could pay and leave. In total we spent just shy of 3 hours at a meal that would've taken half as long anywhere else. When the bills were finally delivered I noticed that we were charged for the lime wedges that i requested for my tacos as well as charged for peppers and onions in my wife's arroz con pollo. Im not upset that we got charged, but I was however disappointed that we weren't notified that we would be charged for them. Based on this one and only experience I've had at Dos Margaritas, I will not be back.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. The food - ridiculously delicious. The margarita special - easily confused with heaven especially after the second one. The art and decor - fun, festive, and painstakingly detailed. The price - unreasonably inexpensive. The service - my favorite part of the meal. The servers were attentive but unobtrusive, and it was obvious that the entire staff took great pride in the establishment. One of the managers was even dusting the indoor roof tiles about 10 feet off the ground...I've been in plenty of places where they didn't even care to dust the decor at arm level. I am in love with this place and so happy I randomly found myself there while passing through Fort Wayne. If I lived in FW, I would be there every day!

The margaritas were great (totally worth getting a pitcher), and so was the food. The service was prompt and professional, and the server checked in on us multiple times to make sure we were doing alright. My only qualm - and it's a very minor one - is that the table behind us finished and left, and the busboy was noisily throwing dishes into plastic tubs behind us. But it was very minor and temporary, and not even worth dinging the restaurant a star. All in all, I would definitely go back again, and I recommend it to anyone looking for authentic Mexican margaritas. Fwiw, two appetizers, an entree, and a picture of premium margaritas (probably 4-6 large margaritas for $30) came to $85. So with a tip, it was $103 for 3 people.

Came here for cinco de mayo and I knew it would be busy and take a while but was so okay with all the things we would have to bear through being it’s such a busy day but I am so utterly upset with how our experience was. We waited 20 minutes before anyone talked to us after we were set promptly which was awesome. Our waiter took our drink order 20 more minutes went by we got our drinks the. Once we all finished our drinks we got to order. We all wanted a second drink but had to wait for 30 mins after we all finished our food. My partners food was wrong the first time so we had to send it back and it came back out and it was wrong again. She didn’t even eat any of it and I asked for it to be taken off. When I told the guy who was different from our waiter I told him that it was it was wrong he rolled his eyes at me. I kept my composure thinking he was just stressed. But when it came back wrong again he again rolled his eyes at me and told me that they don’t serve chips with the nacho cheese that it’s just shredded cheese. We have been here countless times and had them served like that before. I’ve always had a great time when I’ve come before. After waiting 45 minutes for our bill our waiter Juan told me the best he could do was take off the Pepsi my partner drank and that I’d still have to pay for the nachos that no one even ate. I have NEVER not tipped someone in the service industry but I did today. The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism was far too much.We were there for 3 hours before we even got our bill. We...

This establishment and the experience it offered, are at the top of the class! Do not overlook this venue.

We went on a Saturday evening, as a group of couples, eight couples in total. We were seated in a timely manner and in a setting where we could enjoy each other's company. The staff worked cohesively and were attentive without being overactive.

The venue is clean and well lit. Visually there is much to enjoy and engage - it is stunning! It is bright and colorful and one of the best parts of the experience.

They had a small three person band playing during our event. The band was great! A female and two males (apologies for not knowing the name). Their music and attitudes were engaging and enjoyable, the female especially. They did add a level of enjoyment to the event.

The food - we did take the easy way out and several of us had the steak and shrimp fajitas. The portions were large and the flavors were spot on. All food items that were tried this evening by the group were cost appropriate with flavors that were great. The margaritas were cost appropriate and great in flavor! Several frozen flavors were tried and all were enjoyed. A special note... Do not miss the at the table, fresh made, guacamole!

If Mexican is your jam... Or more specifically, if a great time is your jam... Do not miss this venue!

As this was a group event, minimal photos were taken, and those that were-were of a personal nature. Apologies...
