I placed a Carry out order at 4 o’clock in the afternoon Over phone. I was told the order would be ready in 15 minutes. It took me about 10 minutes to get to the restaurant and I still waited another 20 minutes to get my food. I was the only one waiting for food. The restaurant was practically empty and people in the back were goofing around and talking about running to the liquor store to buy alcohol and how somebody grabbed their keys and actually said “I’ll be back.” I could see it and hear it all from the counter while I was waiting. It really didn’t cross my mind until I got home and realized that the order that I placed for just me was completely wrong. When I called the store to let them know that I had received the wrong order the response was, “well. we have a policy written on the door that we can no longer provide refunds or except returns and that it is your responsibility to check your food before you leave the restaurant. “ Excuse me?!?! I shouldn’t have to check my own food and open my containers before I leave the restaurant. It’s your responsibility to make sure I get the right food. Now granted, I understand mistakes happen but I think my issue is is the response that I got from the original person who took the call and the manager. I actually had to ask for an apology. Not once did I get an apology that was offered. all I was told was that ‘it’s posted on the Door that it is a restaurant policy that all restaurants in Fort Wayne are doing now’Probably three or four times. I responded with well I’m sorry you should hold yourselves to higher standards. Obviously customer satisfaction is not a...
Read moreUpdate: While I've raved about this place before and still has the best wings and fries around. The service is continuing to get worse and worse in each visit. The past 2 times the waitresses have just been removed. They have 1 job. To help the customer and bring their food and drinks. We are not high maintenance customers at all! We don't even complain to the manager but this time takes the cake. Our waitress brought our wings and fries out together, ok. But then lied and told us the kitchen put them up together. Really? We've been here more than a hundred times and that has NEVER happened. EVER! Don't lie to your customer just fess up and make it right. Then as we're trying to enjoy the cold fries and hot wings, she asks us if we need a box. A box? Refill on drinks, yes. A box, no. Then.... no refill till we're walking out the door. My husband had to drink the rest of mine to finish his meal, because he had to get to work we did not push things. We did say something at checkout to manager. We love this place and will continue to keep going till service is so bad we can't stand it. But I have to lower my rating till there's an improvement with service.
Love! This is our go-to wing place! They're good delivered! They're good carry-out! They're GREAT in store! I've had salads and wraps here also and never disappointed! Ribs look amazing! Fries...
Read moreWe have been going here for almost 30 years. We’ve always enjoyed the food and waitresses. Tonight we had our 11 yr old granddaughter who requested we go here When we went to the door the girl said we have a 25 min wait. I looked around there we plenty of empty tables and no one waiting. She said I can put your name on the list and we will text when we can seat you. We’ve have people calling and putting their names on the list. I said okay, we’ll wait out in the lobby chairs. She said no, you have to wait in your car. I went to our car and called the manager. She was very nice and apologized. She said that that’s what they have to do. After a couple of minutes, she said your the next call. Immediately I received a text telling me our table was ready. The whole time we were there they had 4-7 empty tables. As we paid our bill and started out, the same girl at the door told a woman with 7 people all together, that they had a list and further more it was after 8:00 and they close at 9:00 and couldn’t serve them. I hate to think the money they lost with this attitude , and practice. The...
