We made a reservation for four rooms weeks ahead of time for Friday to Sunday which we do all the time for work in different cities. We come in from dinner Saturday night, headed to our room and none of our keys worked. So we go down to the front desk and Tarryn informs us that our booking was not held for two nights, even though we showed her our email confirmation showing two nights stay. In the meantime they had "extended the stay" at a much higher rate for three of the rooms, without asking first and charged the credit cards. But they came and removed my belongings from my room, without notifying or asking anyone first. They had my suitcase and makeup bag behind the counter and would not bring it out. She accused me of leaning across the counter, which was a complete lie, and said she was calling the cops which she also did not do as there was no justified reason. They charged me for two nights at this point, with two different rates, and then gave my room away and locked me out. Mariana, the general manager, came in and stated that there were no available rooms and I had no room to sleep in. She finally brought my suitcase out from the back room and when we asked her if there was anything at all they would do to compensate us for the loss of the room and time and removing things without permission, she informed us there was nothing she would do. I then had to sleep in my car as there were no other rooms available at any other hotel in the area. I work strictly commission in sales, so my next day's work was extremely compromised due to lack of...

Read moreWorst customer service I've ever experienced. I reserved the room weeks in advance and got a sale price through a booking company. When we checked in mid afternoon, there was an odor in the room. I reported it to the clerk who after suggesting maybe AC filter or unit, finally told me it was a pet room, but it was deep cleaned so that couldn't be the issue. I said that pet dander cannot be removed by superficial cleaning. I told her my wife has allergies and we would like another room. I was told there was not another room like ours still available that night, so I said we would open the windows at night and run the fan, but wanted a different room the next day. I was told it was my fault because I didn't request a non-pet room - all I had requested was a quiet room. I tried to say that in all my years of traveling I had never had to request a non-pet room but the young clerk interrupted me and said she had traveled a lot also. I stopped trying to talk with her and said I expected a different room the next day when we returned. That night, dogs barked way into the night and early in the morning - I finally called the front desk late at night, to no avail. When I returned the next afternoon, a different clerk told me the general manager had disapproved any change, because of the high demand (they were selling rooms at higher prices than what I paid). They were not going to let me move from a less desirable, low demand room, to one for which they could charge more...
