I have no idea who the person was that said you need to take the Skyway for $25 per couple as this is what was quoted on the phone this past weekend (July 24 Saturday) all this because the need $2 million dollars to pay back for the loan they got to build this. Being a diabetic with severe diabetic neuropathy i can no longer ride these ski lifts because by the time i get up there i would have no feeling in my legs and most likely fall, the gondolas are too small and very claustrophobic. They do not cater to anyone with a disability or anxiety, in fact Mr. Jeffrey D, Lorton owner of Aeries ((618) 610-1628 cell phone) you are most likely in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, It states 'The ADA requires businesses and facilities to provide reasonable access and accommodation for all disabled customers, clients, and members of the public. The ADA applies to all businesses that are open to the public, regardless of size" I see there actually might be a lawsuit in your future due to not providing reasonable access to people with disabilities. I believe most people will be disgusted with this type of business practice and people should be ashamed of themselves for paying for the ski lift when this business does not accommodate people with any and all disabilities regardless of its severity.||It is really a shame since we used to go here almost monthly and being in this post COVID era you would think the more customers the better! According to DNB your revenue is approx. $350K dnb.com/business-directo…||Would you not like to have more revenue? Wonder what pre COVID numbers were like?||Please do not visit a business with the practices stated above and do not expect a comment as the owners do not read Trip Advisor, all you have to do is see all the reviews with zero comments from the owners, just tells me they really don't care. This is why the Loading Dock is so much more popular and service is always perfect, please do not waste your time or money on this place until they tear down that stupid gate on weekends. and why would anybody want to visit a business that is very unfriendly to people with...

We booked the lodge rooms for my bachelorette party. When the river flooded we called and asked if we could cancel because we weren’t sure if we’d even be able to access the lodge rooms. They told us we could not cancel. So we decided to go, and when we got there, they told us that our card was declined so they thought we had just cancelled the card. Which is odd because we had been using that card all day and every other business was taking it just fine. They said they had sent an email and tried calling us about the card getting declined but we received nothing of the sort. So they ended up giving our lodge room away to someone else! We had 8 girls who had all traveled to Grafton from 2 and 3 hours away and they gave our lodge room away after they told us that we could not cancel our reservations! They said “we can get you 2 hotel rooms right next to each other for $160 per room” okay, well first of all those rooms should have been comped. Because that whole situation was just ridiculous. Then they said, we’ll bring you two blow up air mattresses. Which they never brought until around 11pm when I decided to venture out to find an employee, they ended up bringing us one air mattress. They offered 2 complimentary bottles of wine and two complimentary appetizers. That we didn’t even get to choose which bottles of wine and which appetizers we wanted, they gave us 2 free bottles of the cheapest wine they sold and the cheapest appetizers they had. Any other hotel would not have charged us for those rooms at all. We had to haggle our way to just get them to drop the price $30 for the rooms. Sandy was very pleasant to deal with and I hated being an angry customer with her, but Eric the manager was nothing but rude to us when dealing with this entire situation. This whole situation just completely ruined Grafton for me, and I will never go back to the...

Stayed in one of the cabins (#29). They could use some updating and maintenance on the inside. We had to shove a plastic shopping bag under the door to keep the bugs out, as someone had damaged the bottom and left a huge gap and the metal skin of the door peeling up. Other than that, a really cool place to stay! Ice and drinks are available free of charge at the winery. The staff was very friendly, made you feel welcome! Wish we had been able to stay a few more days to take advantage of the back deck, which overlooked the amazing river view and valley. Would be a great place to go for a weekend retreat or a girl's weekend!

We got a double bed with a Jacuzzi tub. Kids loved it. Room was nice. It has a lot of items that came with it, however most the complementary items were not there like the card said. Even though the winery/hotel is kid friendly there is no really kid friendly items to eat. Gets pretty loud at night when all the people are coming back. When they walk on the porch you can hear it all the way up the top. I didn't like you had to check in at the bottom the the main road before you got to the place.

The deluxe cabin was very cozy and comfortable. The winery was excellent. A great variety of wines and excellent flatbed. We'll definitely be staying again.
