Grafton Harbor — Attraction in Grafton

Damage to my pwc. Beware this place is not responsible for damage to your boat. (Even though there weren't any signs posted). The boss (captain) stated that they don't encourage people to dock on the pwc platforms because they are private and only available to use as a courtesy. (Even though that is where we were directed to park by the dock workers). Just for context, my son pulled up on the platform and tossed the tie off line, the pwc started to roll backwards off the platform and the worker pulled it to try and stop it. This caused the pwc rail to catch the underside of the dock and scrape the rail. The dock worker even admitted fault 3 times! I understand things happen, but Mr. Captain sir don't just play it off as though we don't belong there anyways and then just turn around and walk off. Not cool. I most likely could argue fault in court but it just not worth...

You want me to rate our experience for your tour boat the Hakuna Matata? You advertised & booked for a 1 hour tour on 10/19/2024 that was to start at 2:30 PM & end at 3:30 PM. We bought 4 senior tickets, & 2 adult tickets. The boat did not leave the dock till 2:35 PM, & we were back at the dock at 3:15 PM. So what we got is a ripoff! How the heck is this a 1 hour sightseeing tour? The boat did not go very far up river, then decreased it's speed coming back, to milk out time, & still cut it short by 15 minutes. So what we got was a short 40 minute boat ride. Would I recommend your tours to anyone else? HECK NO! Give your customers what they pay for & what you advertise. Took one hour cruise on Sunday. Was running late…and had actually texted the people I was meeting to tell them I wasn’t going to make it. Then I get a call from Debbie at the Marina inquiring if I was coming. Told her that I wasn’t going to make it … it was actually past cruise time. She said they were waiting for people who were on the ferry so I was able to make it. Wonderful, friendly staff. I felt terrible being late, but they were all as accommodating as could be. Ate at the Oyster Bar afterward and food was great. I would rate them more than five stars if I could. Am planning to take many more cruises next year. The variety of their offerings is amazing. Thanks to all for turning what was going to be a disappointing day into one of the best days. P.s. I promise to be on time...
