Mattress Firm Mercerville — Hotel in Hamilton Township

Had a very bad experience we ordered 2 mattresses 1 King 1 full. They was supposed to be delivered between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. my wife had an appointment to be at by 4 p.m. no call from Sleepy's or the delivery team so my wife called at 3:02 p.m. . At that time she was told that the delivery truck would be about 40 minutes late. At 3:45 the delivery men finally showed up they were very nice, they told me that they called the office approximately 12:30 p.m. to notify them that they wouldn't be able to make my appointment on time at 3 o'clock. I have cold the delivery team and the store that I purchased the mattresses from asking to speak to a manager and for two days have not received a call back. I would not recommend Sleepy's as a company to buy mattresses from. I was told by the delivery team member at 1-800 Sleepys that they cannot guarantee a delivery time so why have a 4 hour window and have people wait. So sleepy I'm still waiting by the phone hopefully one day you will call I will never spend another...

I went to this store twice, and bought a mattress the second time (not a reflection of the sales staff). I saw Robert (?) first. He was very polite. There were other people in the store and he was able to balance all of us attentively. My first visit was simply to look at the mattresses, but I fell in love with one immediately. Robert answered all my questions regarding delivery and availability. When I went back, Robert wasn't there but my partner and I were helped by another nice man. We were able to secure the mattress we liked right away. He even helped us arrange delivery from another warehouse as we are moving out of state. We got a great deal and were in and out quickly!
