Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

Honestly I can't really rate the food or the service, and here's why. Tonight was my first time trying out this fast food chain. It was clean, well staffed and seemed like a nice place. Did a quick look at the menu board before heading to the restroom to wash my hands. The restroom was very clean. The auto soap dispenser worked fine, the auto sink however did not. No water, just soap, no paper towels, just a blower. So no way to get rid of the soap now covering both of my hands. Used my jeans. That was annoying. I went out and let the manager know. That neither I nor the staff could wash their hands since there wasn't any water, was ... concerning. Moving on, I went to the kiosk to order, but you can't order without giving them your phone number. Why would I want to give them that? Why should I have to? And you can't order without giving it, according to the kiosk. What if I wasn't carrying my phone? That was it, I left. So not such a stellar first impression...

Giving a bad rating because no matter what you do order online or order straight from the restaurant they mess up the orders, never give u what you order,even when u pay extra for toppings they never give and give you items that you never ordered every time. THERE IS NO EXCUSE WHY YOUR TEAM SHOULD BE GETTING ONLINE ORDERS WRONG us as customers do our job to make sure we order correctly and you as employees reading an online order shouldnt have any excuses why u are making and packing up the wrong food. I have call the restaurant several time and even talked to employees and managers you would think they would retrain the employees but seems like they don't care. I'm not going to this...

Fresh and delicious. Affordable made to order fast casual restaurant and seating in dining room was open late which was nice. Airy space with warm lighting in the dining area with many seating options - high top, booths and benches or chairs. Nice artwork. Pleasant space.

Bathrooms were large and comfortable private spaces with access for a wheelchair or baby stroller to move around. Would recommend adding paper towels and an extra hook to the door.

We ate our portion inside and then ordered and took an order for family to go. Food was very fresh and made to order and hot which for us that was no mayo, extra lettuce. 🔥 Ask for well done cooked...
