Today was my birthday!! I live over 5 miles from this location. My guys treated me out here as I've been wanting to try this place. We placed and completed our order online and scheduled to pick it up at 3pm. We arrived by 3 pm and the food was ready. The hostess/employee was kind enough. I thanked her and returned home. As we began to distribute the meals it was found that we were missing ribs from one of the combination platters. I didn't notice at the time but we were also missing {1} loaded potato topping. I immediately contacted the establishment. I was then transferred over to the pick up/takeout area. They immediately knew who I was as I had just picked up my order. They offered to provide me with a voucher/coupon for an appetizer and a full refund for the meal. I asked my son if he wanted the missing item from his meal. He indicated that he wanted the missing item. The woman on the telephone then apologized for not making that an initial option for me. I advised them that I would be returning for the missing item. We finally arrived back to retrieve the item. We had to wait as there was a gentleman ahead of us who had also had an incorrect order. They eventually returned and acknowledged me, I gave my name and they handed me a container, with no bag out of the window. I kindly asked for a bag and left. I am highly disappointed in the manner in which they handled this situation. Please keep in mind that I ordered 4 meals with an appetizer, and add-ons. My entire meal was cold when I returned home along with my family's as this was a meal for a birthday celebration. I'm not sure how hard it is to read an order from an electronic screen or even a print out. My time, energy, and gas was wasted on this establishment and meal. This is extremely poor customer service. The meal was subpar. It may have been better had my famTily and I had the opportunity to enjoy it while it was hot. If I would have know that they didn't value my business, I would have opted for the voucher, and refund. I'm not sure if I'll ever return but as it stands now, I won't be in a hurry to return.

Texas Roadhouse resolved the issue in a timely manner. I was issued a voucher/certificate. It was greatly appreciated. I recently used the voucher on June 5. My family ordered the Catfish meal, 2 - Country Fried Chicken meals, and a Chicken Mushroom meal. The meals were flavorful but some of the sides were GREATLY lacking. The sides in which we included with our meals were baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, and casear salads. The baked potatoes were great. The mashed potatoes weren't good. The caesar salads were enough for a kiddie meal. How does one mess up a basic salad like a caesar salad? We had the BEST experience at Texas Roadhouse in Hamilton, NJ, and I just have to share how wonderful everything was! We came in on a busy Saturday night expecting a long wait, but to our surprise, everything moved quickly and smoothly. From start to finish, the whole evening felt like a well-orchestrated experience—fast, fun, and full of flavor!
Let’s talk about “Cass”, Cassandra, our amazing server. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and on top of absolutely everything. Even with the restaurant buzzing and packed, she made us feel like we were her top priority. Her energy was so positive—it’s the kind of service that puts you in a great mood from the moment you sit down.
The food came out unbelievably fast—we barely got through our warm, fresh rolls and salads before our entrees were brought out hot and perfect. It was impressive how smoothly the kitchen was running on such a busy night. Everything tasted amazing, and the portions were generous as always.
Now let’s talk about the drinks—WOW. Cass recommended a few of her favorites, and let me just say: she knows what she’s talking about! Each one we tried was yummy, flavorful, and expertly made. I had a fruity margarita that hit the spot just right, and my husband tried a cocktail that Cass suggested—it ended up being his new favorite. Her suggestions truly elevated the whole meal.
And of course, a huge shoutout to Texas Roadhouse for offering a military discount. As a military family, that small gesture goes a long way, and it’s always appreciated when a restaurant goes the extra mile to honor service members.

Read moreThis is by far the worst Texas Roadhouse we’ve ever been to! Firstly, made online reservation. Got there 25 minutes early. Hostesses Sam and Maddy told us we could wait out the remaining 30 minutes as per the online appointment. I thought it was a joke. Nope. They proceeded to seat people of the same party within minutes or with a shorter wait time without a reservation and just walk ins. I was furious especially because she made us wait an additional 20 minutes after our schedule timing. I was vocal to the little power trip chicks. No one ran the front of that place. At one time for over 15 minutes they had I counted 53 people blocking the doors and kitchen. It was a fire hazard and dangerous. The wait staff and I’m assuming kitchen were working their butts off running around while the rude hostesses and approximately 3-4 “helpers” stood by playing on their phones and drinking. The enormous crowd blocking the entrance/exit began helping themselves to the bread and butter over the meat station. Very unsanitary. Again while all those idle workers just watched. Where was a manager or front staff? No where and I know what because we were stuck waiting for over 40 minutes. Finally, get a seat! Ordered steak medium it came back raw. Not rare. Raw. The manager returned the steak missing the horseradish. It was cold by the time I actually got it. I hope the reason no one saw her was because she was in the kitchen cooking. But I doubt it because she seemed to be returning many plates to diners. The food was terrible! The waitress Jessica was super friendly as she knew how unhappy we were along with other tables who had the same complaints. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.
