Hardin Lodge — Hotel in Hardin

When we checked in the staff was courteous but when we found a dirty room with empty pop cans, unswept floor, some kind of clumps of mud or some other substance and hair on the countertops, their attitude changed like it was our fault. So they took us to a different room and that one was just as dirty with a live bat hanging off the front of the door! Then the third room we looked at had some kind of black specks all over the pillow cases and unswept floors again. All of the rooms were full of flies. The staff there were annoyed that we noticed all of this. We asked to talk to the manager. They claimed he would call me. I didn’t get any calls from anyone so when I called back they claimed to not know their managers name. Finally they gave me a name of Jonathan Wolf (they think). They also said that their Manager did not have to talk to me because he didn’t have anything to say to me because he already refunded my $40 pet fee. We were charged for 2 nights and a pet fee and we didn’t stay there at all. I think they are actually the managers and I think they are writing their own 5 star reviews! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! FILTHY!...

Dear owners of this hotel I write this review for your service and for an apology we stay here a couple of nights while in Montana for a funeral the people were friendly the rooms were clean and it was decently priced especially being how we had a dog when leaving I had for gotten a charger we called they picked it up and I stopped back in and picked it up no problem as well as I thought my watch had gone missing my find my app said that it was there so they let us look and helped us look all around gate I got home I found my watch it ended up being dead under one of my car seats so with that being said I’m sorry you guys helped look for no reason but I do appreciate that as many other places would not do that for people 10/10 I would definitely stay here again the pool and slide they have are also really nice thank you for everything you did to help as well as allowing us to room there may your...

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this hotel was just too good not to. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel like VIPs—friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The room was spotless, super comfortable, and had a great view of the city. Little touches like the turn-down service and complimentary snacks really made a difference.

We ate at the hotel restaurant one night, and the food was amazing—definitely not your typical hotel fare. Also, the spa? Incredible. I left my massage feeling like a new person.
