As a business owner, I do not recommend. My husband lost his wallet on his way out of town. I picked up and dashed over to make it before 1:00. I made it at 12:58. Considering UPS and others couldnât get me overnight service and I heard they could help, I was hopeful. Got there before 1 and doors were locked. I knocked on the door and there were two other people still in the shop. I was ignored. Myself and one other customer waited. This person had her stuff labeled and ready to go; just needed to pay. It wasnât until another customer walked out that I was acknowledged by someone claiming to be the owner. By this point, it was after 1. He said âsorry my register is closed,â even though there was still one more customer in the store. I told him I made it before 1 and he looked at me shocked and said âwell my register said 1.â I explained I looked and made sure that I would make it before and it was 12.58. Again he said âwell my register said 1.â Showed him my phone and he claimed it was wrong. We all know we donât program our own clocks on cells anymore. I get it; he closed early to go home in a Saturday. This isnât me being entitled itâs just principle. If you have hours posted till 1, customers arenât going by your cash register dude; people use their phones.
This isnât how to get customers for a small business. While yes we have hours of operation, you donât close early and the best customer service option is to go above and beyond. This is why Harlingen canât keep small businesses open because of people like this. Definitely wonât be...
   Read moreI have been trying to take my retirement since July. 1st time getting denied was because the ink looked speckled 2nd time the guy never faxed it probably just scanned my papers because they didnât receive it 3rd time getting denied was the guy didnât put a date -_- you know I was planning to use money for my kids before school starts guess thatâs not going to happen and also each time I pay $10 to get it notarized and pay $3 to faxed almost $40 and now I have to do it again and why should I have to pay again if it falls on them Iâm starting to think they are doing on purpose because I made a comment I said I have to re fax this again because they never received it!!!! Oh so decided to do it one more time and got denied again cause the notary stamp was not legible -- going somewhere else so Iâve spent $53.    Read moreI went in this morning to return equipment from my former employer and because the employee saw a QR code on the instructions he refused to help me. When I told him the QR code wasnât for him (it was for me to scan and fill out) he still did not care or even try to be helpful. He would not even read the instructions when I asked him to he replied âthat means nothing to meâ. He said I would have to go to a different FedEx site but how would he know that since he didnât read the instructions. This place is supposed to be an âauthorized FedEx ship centerâ but I guess not. Will definitely not be back or recommend this place to anyone. Iâm still in shock as to how unhelpful and rude this employee was. Thanks...
