Mattress Firm Shipyard Galleria — Hotel in Hilton Head Island

Worst experience ever. Mattress felt great in store and is horrible at home. We purchased from Mattress Firm due to the warranty they have where you can get a new mattress if not satisfied. We went back to HH store to activate warranty. HH employee was clueless, admitted he’s only been working there a week and said there were no king sized beds left in their store (which I find hard to believe) and referred us to Bluffton because he didn’t know what to do. We purchased in HH because we live here and did not want to go to Bluffton. We spoke to Manager Adam at Bluffton and he was rude, disrespectful and refused to honor the contract. In an attempt to scare us he also said it would cost more in fees than the contract said. We are being forced to use our credit card company to fight Mattress Firm to honor their own contract. Best mattress buying experience I have ever had! Heinrich know every teeny tiny detail of every mattress in the store!! I told him what I was looking for, he escorted me around to every mattress that might match my preferences, kept track of my likes and dislikes, and ultimately found me the very best, most comfortable mattress I could ever “dream” of and kept it all within my budget!! I just moved into my new apartment and never had to buy a mattress before so I was super nervous to go by myself. I went into the Mattress Firm in Hilton Head and the sales representative, Aubrey, helped me find the perfect mattress after about twenty minutes of testing and laying on them. He called his manager and got me a great deal on the one that I wanted and made the process so easy.
