Absolutely not worth your time, or money! The only things they kind of have going for it you can get for a much better value. Those are a clean comftorable bed and a breakfast. The pillows are even horrible. The bathroom was beyond filthy, had blood on the floor, poop on the door frame and even the ceiling! The carpet was stained while the whole room smelled musty and of mildew. Booked threw Orbitz and they called to confirm I needed a ADA Handicapped room and was traveling with pets. Confirmed all information for the first floor room. At check in desk had no info, said no room available and I yes I should have requested one, or been to the hotel earlier to get the room I wanted. They did not even have that I had pets with me. The blackout curtains were shredded, the bathroom exhaust fan did not work causing rust, mildew, water damage, and mold. Toilet stopped up in tthe middle of the night and the night clerk would not EVEN LOOK FOR A PLUNGER. Just said it was in the maintenance closest and could not be accessed until 7am but would have maintenance up at 7am exactly. Also said GM would be in at 7am! Until than can use public restrooms on 1st floor, we were on 3rd! At 7:30 still no maintenance person, and found out clerk never even told morning clerk. Morning clerck retrieves plunger (not in licked maintenance closest) and informs me GM won't be in until tomorrow! Hot tub jets don't work, women's public restroom door handle broken and water leak on ceiling. Elevator has exposed wires in the car, jerks violently it goes up and down, 3rd floor button is not there must push little square. Had to leave window open to get smell out and to regulate temperature. When I brought these complaints up I was told "we are trying to get enough funds to make much needed repairs!" When a standard double room at a discounted rate as high as they charge a night, they have the funds The Owner Doesn't Care!
Do yourself a favor and save yourself the money, the heartache, and your health. Book at much less Motel where they keep the light on. Go buy breakfast and use the diffrence in money for something...

Now letās start by saying the staff in the past was always really nice, but this time the new GM Kimberly is the rudest person I have ever meet and needs a job where she never has the look at a guest but Nick on the other hand should have Kimās job heās is super awesome and as helpful as he can be! The last time I stayed here I had a bad experience the last Gm called me and put a credit on my room for our next stay (mind u it was bc the night girl checked us in to a dirty room with wet towels on the floor, dirty sheets, no tv worst of all NO HOT WATER) which Kim would not honor! When we come this time Kimberly was the one who checked our baseball team in! One mom reserved her 2 rooms in February and there was no sign of her reservation so Kim made it clear she was not going to really help and didnāt really care to (ex. She said how do I know you really called to make a reservation... really??) another family lost the room they booked and had to stay at Fairfield for double the price. we ask for some paper plates she said no they were only for their breakfast! Then we come back checked in and my Tv didnāt work but Nick fixed it! It was a hard night because the ac did not work in our room š©! Going threw our teams rooms their where ALOT of cosmetic damage like mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom, holes in the wall and bumpers missing in baseboards! Our coach couldnāt use the sink in the bathroom bc the Corrosion in the faucet! Donāt expect a dark room in the morning bc the drapes in most rooms are ripped! Needless to say we will never stay here again! If u choose to stay here I would steer clear of Kimberly try to deal with nick if u can!!! THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL WE HAVE...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is by far one of the worst hotels I've stayed in and this is not by choice we were placed here by our job to commute back and fort, let's begin with the Noise,it's a constant slamming of doors throughout the days and nights,even with a do not disturb sign on your door the cleaning people still walk through your door,I've warned management and it conti ues,when they clean they are extremely loud with chatter it's impossible to get sleep at this hotel
Breakfast It's a decent breakfast which constantly consists of eggs,tater tots and mini sausages EVERY DAY,it never changes but it's always on time at 6am- 9
STAFF They are mostly polite m that I'll admit They are attentive and willing to help,both morning and night Shift
PARKING DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VALUABLES in your vehicle doesn't matter how minor My fleet had 7 of their vehicles broken into 5 within the same night,staff was incorporate to assist until the police showed up and we did a report,our back windows were sliced open and several vehicles broken into,mine was one of them,it was a work vehicle m hence why I no longer bring my personal
MANAGEMENT They seem okay,I feel more like my concerns are heard but nothing has been done,you get the courtesy "I'll address it" basically to shut you up ,but nothing changes. They are polite but then again it's a business
My review is based on the factor I've been there the past 4 months 3 weeks out of each month,both days and nights,it's horrible ,have I been to worse yes but this is by far Number 2 in my top 5 hotels to avoid.
