This was an older property that was for the most part, well kept. The view of the lake from the living room was awesome although there were no shades on the windows. The sun in the morning made it near impossible to watch TV. The kitchen was fully stocked with dinnerware and coffee. The bed was very comfortable. Great shower with good water pressure. If this is the place the Cogburns developed, it is awesome. I owned a childcare center in Rowlett back in the day. Our family got to stay in the 'big' house! I would love to come back! I am looking to re-visit. I want to make sure it is one...
