Let me start by saying that I always tell myself I will never go back to this Sonic location & for some reason I always do & end up more disappointed than the last time! Last night at 7:22 I placed an order through the app. Usually it takes about 7-10 minutes for the food to be ready but this time it said to pick up my food by 7:27. I arrived at 7:32 to a nearly empty Sonic. I checked in through the app at stall number 5 & it instantly said “Madison is heading your way with your order”. Another 20 minutes go by & I’m wondering if Madison got lost. I pressed the red button again to check on my order but the young teen literally said “I can’t understand you” & shut off the mic. Whilst all of this was happening everyone & their mama was getting their food. I’m talking bags of food & I can’t even get my burgers that I ordered ahead of time on the app. Finally after having to hit the red button again a young girl brought me 4 unfresh burgers. When I asked if they had been made fresh or just been sitting for 30+ minutes she looked shocked that I’d even know to ask that & hesitantly replied that they were made over 30 minutes ago but they should still be fresh since they were under the heat lamp. If I had anymore questions she said I’d have to ask her manager. I’m just sick of these types of experiences every time I go. If they get my food right then they usually keep my change. Read moreEvery single time I come here, they mess something up. And I guess when you have them remake it instead of just taking it, they get angry. Tonight was the last straw for me. I ordered an oreo chocolate shake. Recieved a shake that was nowhere near chocolate. I pressed the intercom to have them remake it. As the girl on the intercom was speaking, it suddenly cut off. A young boy came out to my car, takes the shake out of my hand, and says "I'm going to throw this away and make you a new one." How incredibly rude to just take something out of my hand. Not to mention I've offered food back when it needs to be remade at multiple restaurants including this particular Sonic and have always been told they could not accept it back. Then, a lady from the kitchen brings me out another shake. With a drink lid on it rather than the rounded lid, no whipped cream, no spoon even though the one I had been given was jerked out of my hand in the first shake, and no oreo chunks. Corrected the problem I complained about but in turn messed everything else up. I'll be calling a manager tomorrow. This place needs a whole new crew. Read moreSonic used to be the best...I never minded paying a little more, because it was always good quality. They seem to be cutting corners everywhere, yet they are still charging more and giving us less. We made our order, received it, everything was ok, but they have started giving 1 mint per car, it was bad enough but they've shrunk in size too...I guess we're supposed split that mint...quality of food is mid grade at best. I only go here now as a last resort. I never leave negative comments, but this has been going on for years, the 1 mint per car got me!!! May, 20th 2021...I am back ordering from this place again, I started back with teas, just got cheese sticks, ordered ranch got marinara, pushed button, nothing for 5 minutes, pushed it again, 1 car left without ordering. Waited a few more minutes, no answer. Then went to the drive thru, where no one was in line, 1 person came to window but didn't open, 2nd person came to window, I guess they discussing who was going to answer...neither did, so we left with cold cheese sticks n no ranch...every single time I go here, I hope I've finally learned my lesson.
