JoJo Hibachi Sushi Express — Restaurant in Arkansas

My wife brought me a plate home today and I have to say this is by far the worst hibachi in hot springs. That is saying a lot because most of the hibachi place here in town are terrible enough as it is. The rice was rock hard and every bite was crunchy not to mention they don't dress the rice at all. Everything else was bland as could be, zero flavor. They did cook the meat well but that doesn't make up for how terrible everything tasted. Also about an hour after I ate I threw everything up. I ordered this from bite squad looking for a decent price for a steak craving I was having. I chose the steak hibachi lunch and the shrimp tempura roll (not the deep fried one.)

When I moved to the Hot Springs area a year ago I noticed that there is an interesting surplus of hibachi food trucks out here. That being said, I have to say that Jojo's quality stands out from the crowd that I've tried over time. My kiddo and I stopped for a couple rolls on our way out of town. They were pretty good, except the last one. After having something lodge in my throat for a while, I found one of the crab sticks didn't have the plastic removed before it was put in the roll. Each piece of the roll got some of the plastic wrapped crab in it, and if my son had gotten it, I believe it would have been worse. I understand accidents happen, but this is something that should definitely be watched for before serving it...
