Lift Landing is a quaint option in Idaho Springs with all of the necessary amenities and it is in a great location. Check-in and check-out were slick and it was easy to communicate via call, text, and email. The price was more than reasonable; Lift Landing in Idaho Springs is an affordable Colorado mountain town lodging option. It is right across from the river where we could raft, fish, or sit out by the water, it was also a short walking distance to restaurants, breweries, coffee, groceries, gas, shopping, markets, and more.

It is women-owned and the owners were so nice and dedicated to providing a perfect stay for us. All of the other guests we spoke with shared that they also had above satisfactory stays. The rooms at Lift Landing and Uplift Inn were stocked with everything our wedding parties, families, and friends needed to stay in Idaho Springs and to get ready for various nearby activities like white water rafting, hiking, the rehearsal down the street at Yard’s Taphouse, and the wedding at Echo Mountain. We were able to walk everywhere all weekend (aside from an easy shuttle we took to Echo Mountain for the wedding).

Spending our weekend here was the best weekend of our lives (and many of our guests have said the same) and this was largely because of the great hospitality, service, and comfortable lodging we got to enjoy by staying at Uplift Inn and Lift Landing with all of our out-of-town wedding guests. We would choose Lift Landing and Uplift Inn as the lodging for us and our guests again in a heartbeat. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! 10/10...

Currently residing at this sketchy motel when writing this review. Have you ever seen those videos that show expectations vs reality and it’s a hilariously awful difference. That’s this place. First things first, the rooms are a shotty diy failure with definite code violations. In our room the smoke detector had been disconnected, but the dust collections themselves are a fire hazard. There’s no ventilation in the bathroom and steam gets everywhere which is a nidus for mold. The bed is alright but it’s just standard mattress stacked with a bunch of thin mattress toppers that slide around. The front door of the unit is thin and the gaps between them and the trim are very apparent preventing any kind of barrier from the environment or bugs. Lastly, the service is barren. No towel changes, no toilet paper refills and no contact from anyone but our peers also staying at this motel has heard from them. Oh and the cancellation policy not listed on their website is 72 hours before your first night or they charge you...

We stayed at Uplift Inn and Lift Landing for my wedding weekend and had the most amazing experience. It was even better than we expected. It is in a great convenient location, our rooms were clean, cute/modern, & spacious. The owners and staff are so friendly and helpful. Our friends and family all stayed in rooms at uplift inn and lift landing and all had amazing experiences, too. Pet friendly room options, affordable prices, and super comfortable beds were among some of the other many positives. The staff went above and beyond to take care of us and the other guests and help us have the best stay in Idaho springs.
