Ample parking, hours are from 0600 to 2200 for vehicles and restroom access - after that vehicles get ticketed and restrooms locked. Within walking distance headed west, right by the official visitor center, you have additional parking and 6 port-a-potties (2 are ADA compliant) with 3 on each side of the street. The park itself has a pretty good kid playground area and a couple of bridges across the creek, head to the west or east and you will enjoy a short loop walk to potty/exercise any pets. Be mindful of the creek, it is used for white water rafting tours so it will always be swift and full of rocks.
