Mattress Firm Inverness — Hotel in Inverness

I bought a super hard King mattress worth $2,300, not $230‼ ️. I weigh 100 pounds and my husband weighs 130 pounds. After sleeping on this bed for 7 months, the left and right sides have sunken, and the middle has a hump. I went to the after-sales warranty and asked me to take pictures according to the procedure. They said that my photos did not meet their warranty conditions and would not provide warranty‼ ️I was really angry! Such a mattress is so expensive, and it is said to have a 10-year warranty. I am not a professional photographer and I can't take a good angle for the photo. Moreover, this mattress is very large and heavy. It is very difficult for me, a mother who just gave birth to a child‼ ️As a result, I moved everything and took pictures. They told me that it did not meet the warranty conditions. If there was no problem with the mattress, would I need to spend so much time taking pictures? I think this warranty is a scam‼ ️I went to the store to show the photos I took to the salesperson, and the salesperson said that it was obvious that the mattress had sunk, but I uploaded the photos to their after-sales center but could not get the warranty. This is a very infuriating thing‼ ️The sales staff in the store are nice, but the warranty from this company is terrible👎. I put the computer on the left and right sides of the bed and it was obviously tilted. When I put it in the middle, it was parallel. I sent this picture to the after-sales service, and they said it didn't meet the warranty standards. Does it have to have a big hole before they can provide warranty? I have other mattresses at home and they don't have...

Wow what a fun experience shopping for a bed! Misty was extremely informative and answered all of my questions and even educated me on things i didnt know. I felt very comfortable with my new purchase and confident with my decision...i absolutely loved the products i bought....i cant wait to receive them!! The items purchased were S&F Rockwell luxury plush medium queen mattress (omg its amazing!) The Ease 3.0 adjustable base....never thought i would have one of those but once i tried it, I had to have it....i work on my feet all the time and im 36 years old...im realizing how important it is to have a good quality bed...im a side sleeper but this adjustable (feet and head) can provide you with a zero gravity feeing and omg what a relief! I came in with back pain from my current mattress desperately seeking relief....i had no idea what it was looking for but i found it and more! Thanks Misty for being awesome and thank you to all the associates that were part of this investment in myself cant wait to get my beautiful bed.. and sheets....OMG i forgot to mention the pillows too!!! Yesss i cant wait until those bad boys come too oh man im gonna be a pro sleeper with all my luxuriousness lol yes i was able to bundle two amazing pillows with the mattress protector and a sheet set for half of what I would pay for each item out right....those pillows ugh....cant wait! The salesperson, Justin, at the Inverness, FL store was exceptional. He listened to our needs and made recommendations based on our health issues (mainly lower back for me and sciatic nerve damage for my husband). He pointed out options - and did not immediately steer us directly to the higher priced mattresses, which was much appreciated His knowledge of the products was spot on! So we purchased a new mattress with an adjustable base, as well as a couple other related items. On a side note, another reason to check out Mattress Firm when considering replacing or buying a bed is their ability to timely deliver your purchase. Trust me, we are still waiting on other furniture (not bedding) that we ordered in June 2021 from a local furniture store. So receiving the new bedding in a timely manner is important when there are supply chain issues with most other businesses!! UPDATE: Our new bedframe/platform was delivered from the Tampa warehouse as promised. The two delivery men were friendly and polite, and they set up our bed in no time.
