Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Inverness

The food is great, but the staff in the Inverness Florida store is horrible. The bus boy cleaning tables left a huge ranch spill on the seat. He was using gloves, but touching dirty plates and then bringing clean plates and drinks to customers. He then handled money at the register. How are the gloves working to deter germs? He never changed them!!. He and the rest of the staff moved at a snails pace. Our waitress seemed out in left field, barely spoke to us, seemed really numb. When she brought our food out with another woman , she also was not very friendly. Waitress came back to pick up our signed receipt at the end and grabbed it walking by, never said thank you. I work retail management and waitressed for years, and I'm curious to know who is hiring? The idea would be to hire friendly out going staff, not staff that clearly acts as if they'd rather not be there. Won't be eating inside again due to this, but I'm sure the staff will be happy if nobody shows up from what my family and I endured. I usually dont write bad reviews, but this wasn't the first time we experienced this, but it will be the last.

My parents went awhile back and it was not busy with plenty of open tables. A waitress clearing dirty tables said she'd be right with them, but kept cleaning table after table with nobody there. Customers come first not cleaning tables. They ended up walked out.

We love the food, but wonder what the cleanliness is like in the back with such a bad staff. We saw a cook with a long beard and a mask on, but off his nose at the register. That's definitely a visual you don't want with the guy making your food!! If you need help hiring staff I'd be happy to come in and fire everyone and start over. Eventually you will see this staff having a negative impact...

I placed an order on your pizza hut.com website for my family’s dinner tonight. Your website processed my food order payment but did not send the order to your 7172 store Inverness Florida. I proceeded to call the store as I was instructed on YOUR website. The store told me they had nothing as far as my order goes, I informed the gentleman that the website took my money and we needed to figure this out. He told me there was nothing he could do so I told him I was driving to the store to speak with the manager on duty figuring we could figure this out being Pizza Hut has my money and I have no dinner to feed my family of 6. No luck with speaking with the manager, I told him to get his general manager or district manager on the phone to figure this out. They called Dale the general manager whom as well could do nothing for me or process my money back to me so I could buy my whole family dinner today. So now I sit here without dinner to feed my family or the money that I paid to go buy food elsewhere. My wife and I went to this restaurant and ordered two pizzas and a family order of bread sticks we had only eaten 1 bread sticks and the pizza was at the table.. the bread sticks should of come out first and a few minutes later the pizza should of came out in few minutes after.. Ok recap of previous visit. 7/13/2019 The owner of the franchise had posted a response to my review. He stated if I would kindly give this pizza hut another chance ( let them make it right). And left a contract email.. I've responded to his post several times (3 time's) and they haven't contacted me back yet.. I believe they must not care to much about their customers reviews. So I will give them a chance to get back to me. One more time! It's not that I'm wanting a free meal. It's I would really like to explain my experience in a little more detail... I'm thinking their not worried about how their customers are treated.. I WILL post my experience on social media.
