For late night staining, the room was decent. In general it was clean, and everything was in order. Only one employee was taking care everything with front desk, housekeeper, and everything else running the business. I stay in room 206 January 26, 2019, and I checked out the next day. When you check in to any hotel they asked you for your DL and credit card: unfortunately, I thought I received both ID/Credit card, but I never received the DL. The next day I noticed I missed the DL, so I called right away. Summer, the assistant manager did confirm my driver license was there. She took my information to deliver the DL. I also wrote the managers name Louri, called her the next day and we talk to be sure the address and so on. Two weeks later when I got home, no envelope. I called the place and they told me they are going to talk to the manager regarding my DL. A week latter they block my number and no DL. I send on email to the regional manager Mike Tomlinson and no answer. Two month latter I when back to the place to speak directly to the manager or someone. Read moreUnfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. On our short family trip we made reservations to the Italy inn through Expedia had everything setup and paid for. When we arrived it was a little late around 11:30, when we walked in to check in, no one greeted us or said anything. When finally we moved to another counter around the little corner we were finally acknowledged, but not in a friendly manner. The lady was very ugly told us she wasn’t trained to do check ins so she needed to call the owner, it’s late so we understood and let her call the owner and text her the owner didn’t answer for another 35 minutes and flat out told the lady behind the counter she would not be coming up there and helping in anyway, wouldn’t even walk the lady through getting us a room.
