Taco Bell — Restaurant in Italy

Worst experience EVER at a Taco Bell! I was on a long drive and needed to use the bathroom otherwise I would have gone through the drive thru. I use the bathroom and as I walk out a guy asks me if I ordered yet. I said no. He told me to go over to the Kiosk and order. I noticed there was about 8 people ahead of me. While I was waiting I noticed the construction workers going behind the counter getting food and sitting down and eating. Then we heard a loud scream ,"Lord it's hot in here"! Then it was repeated using profanity. One guy got up and left. They went out after him saying you paid for your food you need to get it! He yelled back , No thanks! When I finally got my food it was in a box? The box was leaking and had food hanging out of it. I didn't see any napkins and no one was out front for me to ask. So I took my food got back in the car and started driving. I opened the box and it was the wrong order. I ended up throwing it away. You can't make this stuff up!!! I should have followed the guy that paid for his food and left without it. Lesson learned, note to self.... when you see red flags get out of there! Money paid or not....I can't stop laughing about this now. I still don't believe what...

Alright, I don't usually waste my time with these reviews, but you guys need to know what's up. I pulled up to the speaker and get my chalupa box no problem get to the window and am greeted with this heftier middle aged white woman with a raspy voice and her elbows and forearms have so many scabs... Seriously tho get a funkin bandaid please... So I hand her my card after being told the total and I get my food. Honestly I didn't wait very long like a couple mins cuz she had my tacos in the warmer (How did he know? I'll tell you) So I get home, open my box and grab the taco first. Y'all... I get that Taco Bell isn't exactly 5 star but this taco...as soon as I pulled it out it leaked, yes, leaked clear brown goo. I assume it's grease from the meat but alswho knows also zero lettuce and cheese. Next was the chalupa. The shell was stiff and also leaked "the goo". Finally the beefy 5 layer had crunchy refried beans. I can only assume it was kept in the warmer for a quicker transaction, but even the cold stuff? Come on. I get that she was probably trying to be efficient, but at what cost? Just... I wouldn't waste my money on that place, it's trash. Go...

I walked in and wasn’t greeted or helped at all. Had another older lady and her husband show up to order food. They stood at the counter for 5 minutes with nobody helping them. Another guy walks in and gets the same treatment and just chooses to leave. Afterwards another guy comes in and looks at the menu, looks down back to see if there are people working and then I recommended he use the kiosk because the staff hadn’t helped anybody. The old lady ends up trying to use the kiosk and runs into issues. So after her being in the Taco Bell for over 10 minutes I ended up helping her with the kiosk and one other girl after her. During the time I helped these people out one employee was nowhere to be seen, one was on his phone texting, and the other was doing some light sweeping, but not a single customer was helped the entire time I was here. Would not recommend, all 3 staff should be fired, and if the owner thinks this is an acceptable way to run an establishment then this Taco Bell should go out...
