Excellent place. I put it on my travel list! Efficient and friendly service. Comfortable, clean & attractive lobby and common office area with coffee readily available. The entire place looked quite new with simple and colorful accents that can easily be kept clean. The room was clean and simple with modern lines…high ceilings, tile and low pile carpet floors that were quite clean. Decently appointed room: a desk and comfortable desk chair and light, drawers, decent closet, single comfortable armchair, comfortable bed with enough (5 pillows), little fridge, microwave, coffee in room. No noise was heard from outside. Bathroom was lovely with prettily folded brilliant white towels and sparkling clean stand up glass door steamy shower. My only tiny room complaint was the blinking blue light in what was probably a smoke detector. I have an eye-mask, so that was fine. Breakfast was lovely. There were little cheese omelets, sausage links and potatoes with rosemary & garlic, along with the usual waffles and choices of several fresh fruits. On top of it all, it’s a parking lot walk to an excellent Culver’s!!!!

The rooms were clean although for a new hotel you can already see signs of wear on the furniture like the sofa arms ect, detail should be paid to corners in showers and rooms as there were already signs of mildew and dust build up, the beds were very disappointing just a plain mattress with a cheap topper to make it "softer" anytime I see this I just take it as they cheaped out on the pillow top mattresses I've seen at other Comfort Suites as it's my go to stay. The location is decent definitely alot within a few blocks. The breakfast was like the bed definitely cheap the day I had it, everything was microwaved which is terrible for meats and the biscuits were just warmed from frozen and put in a warmer that sweats and makes them wet and the muffins bread ect were all suran wrapped so probably purchased at Sam's Costco ect in bulk. I've stayed 177 nights in Comfort inns this year and they're not all created equal. Anyone I encountered was very pleasant and welcoming.

Want to start by saying the employees were very friendly and I only have great things to say about everyone I interacted with But bugs man. I went in my room and thought I saw something crawling so I flicked on a light but it was gone. I went in the bathroom and saw three roaches and knew there was an issue I immediately went back to the lobby and showed them pictures of the roaches and they said all their other rooms were full. It was nearly 1am and I had been on the road for over three hours so I knew my options were limited. Luckily another employee happened to walk by and I don't know what he did but he managed to find another room. Both employees were kind but had that other employee not come by at the right moment my options would've most likely been sleeping in my car without a refund on a two night stay or sleep in a room with roaches

While staying in your hotel and having breakfast with our granddaughter today 06/09/2024 at approx 745 we encounter a very aggressive tenant staying in your establishment. She was verbally and physically abusive to the children at her table. There were 4 children with her and she was referred to by their mother as Nanny which I believe was equivalent to grandmother. She was very verbally abusive to the children and physical on numerous occasions. After observing her behavior we decided to leave the breakfast area with our granddaughter and go to the couch area. We were awaiting her paternal grandparents to arrive and pick her up so we attempted to remain in the lobby. Once at the couch area the lady immediately became aggressive with us saying we accused her of child abuse. I had no contact with this lady what so ever. She then addresses your desk help stating she had been living there for 2 months and that your desk help is aware of why she has to use corporal punishment and why she has to be aggressive to keep these children in line. She continued to get louder and louder making threats and raising her voice in an attempt to receive a reaction from me. She even talked on her phone as if she called JSO and told the children corporal punishment was lawful and she could put her hands on them any way she likes. At that point to avoid a scene with our grandchild, we returned to our room. You desk help never as much as uttered a word to try and deter this lady who apparently lives in your hotel. Once my granddaughters grandparents arrived we returned downstairs amazed to find you desk help over at the table with this family almost as if they were friends and this was routine behavior. We saw our granddaughter off and returned to our room to pack. As we checked out, I asked the desk clerk if you all have cameras and she informed me that you do. I asked if JSO came to which she replied they take hours to come for a non- emergency. I would have loved to talk to JSO about this woman and I will be contacting DSF which will bring attention to this family living in your hotel. I highly recommend that you review your cameras from this morning and the behavior of this woman with these children and how she treats your other guest when she makes accusations up in her head. These children are terrified of this woman. We were not the only ones to put up our food and leave. Others got up and took their food with them. We stay at your hotel when we visit our granddaughter and we come several times a year. We are a retired military family and up until this point we felt safe at your hotel. We book through hopper because their rates are usually much lower than booking direct through you but we purposely choose your hotel based on safety compared to others in the area. Today we did not feel safe and saw no assistance in the manner. I would not encourage anyone I know to stay in a place where this was how things are handled and how adults treat children without anyone calling someone to intervene. That is my reasoning for a low score which I have never given your...

As I write this review tears are in my eyes. I was fearful of going to a hotel and being ill. My life was stress free.

This little gem is two years old and no pets allowed, which was very important, I carry an EPI pen. There were no indication of animals in the room. The location and room was very well maintained. The entrance into the hotel was clean as well as the grounds. My reservation about staying here was put to rest. It is located near the interstate, this did not hinder us, it provided us with quick access to the Mayo Clinic. The Mayo is approximate 30 minutes away. The sound from traffic was not a problem the barrier wall did the job. No disturbance whatsoever.

The front desk staff, and housekeeping was very thorough and professional. Housekeeping works very hard and it shows in the maintenance and appearance. No cutting corners at this location.

The General Manage was empathetic to my situation and put me at ease by assuring me they would wirk with me to make my stay conducive to my situation.

This hotel was very quite.

My stay here was for Breast Cancer treatment and full of uncertainties. When i informed the office staff they accommodated me with specific request and equally the housekeeping staff.

My stay was 3 weeks.

Every morning the breakfast was neatly placed and cooked. The staff was equally inviting and pleasant.

I recommend this location due to customer service, cleanliness and vicinity.

This location is near shopping Centers.

I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. My Medical journey has just begun, but you took away one of the important components and gave me piece of mind and by making me feeling safe, due to me being...

Who doesn't love staying in a brand new hotel. The hotel still smells of fresh paint and the rooms are immaculate.

Check in was a little slow as the front desk person checking me in was not sure how to check in someone that had used a 3rd party site. The other lady that was at the counter was able to check me in with no issue and get me my key to my room in just a matter of minutes.

The 1st thing I noticed when I walked in my room was that the air conditioning was turned on in the room was actually cool. I cannot express how much I love walking into a cold hotel room especially when it is so hot and humid. My only complaint is in the bathroom I think the shower doors opening from the wrong side so you get about half the amount of space to walk in to the shower and directly in under the showerhead. Also when the fan is on it does nothing in to cool the bathroom so you'll need to leave the bathroom door open to be able to breathe if you enjoy a hot shower like I do.

The bed was very comfortable however the pillows were a little soft for me, I stacked three so together.

The free continental breakfast is an added bonus especially in a time when a lot of hotels are not doing them due to Covid.

I was able to hear a small amount of noise in the hallway, but I could not hear the freeway outside my windows. This hotel is in a good location and next to a brand new Culver's and right across from Costco and the Costco gas station. It is right off of the 295 as well. Overall I had a great experience and would not...
