This morning I went through the driveThru and order a sandwich and a coffee, the guy at the window asked me if I ordered 2 sandwiches, I said “No” only one please. Then he was forgetting to give me my sandwich and only hand me my coffee, I was so confused because he had just asked me about the sandwiches… Then I sit in the parking lot opened the bag I see the whole top bon was not on the rest of the sandwich and the melted cheese was on the paper bag stick to it… I was so frustrated that I had to return go inside waste my time to ask them for my money back because honestly they can easily spit on the food out of anger because of my feedback, I explained to one of the guys why I didn’t like the sandwich, he offered to make me a new one so I decided not to ask for my money back and because it visible when they’re hitting it up. Well I go back to the car finish my sandwich, go back inside to throw the trash and use the restroom and this WHITE woman at the cashier said to me I can’t use the restroom and that I most make another purchase in order to use it… I was shocked because even if that’s the inconvenient policy this location has she should have make it up to me for the inconvenience they made me went through just a few minutes before I had to use the restroom. I have work in management in the hospitality field and this is unacceptable, I just gave the reasons above why she should have been smarter, and just let me use the restroom, compensation to frequent costumers is a priority when you did wrong to the costumer already. SHE NEEDS SOME TRAINING ASAP. Unless this is the costumer care standard for this location… Either way I’m not coming back. Very disappointing because she even observed the whole situation since when I had to go back inside to give them back that sandwich, she made me very uncomfortable with this whole situation. Read moreI give one star because I originally I go to the one in Oakleaf where I live by I accidentally chose this one on the app heading home. There was no traffic , no one in the drive thru, let alone were they busy and making drinks. I order a sandwich on my app with no egg because I cannot eat egg. I understand the sandwiches come premade with egg and they just take it off anyway. I asked for the egg to be removed. I get there and there’s egg on my sandwich but mind you they are all sitting there chit chatting talking to “Rachel” who was getting off on going a break. I had to get someone attention and I told her this was supposed to be no egg which it clearly states on the packaging. No apology or anything. They just remake it. All you have to do is READ. This is your job to pay close attention and make things how people request them. Then on top of that’s a health issue because what if I ate the egg and had a reaction to it but I requested no egg. I order the same thing EVERYTIME never anything different!! so I went in today 6/28/24 and ordered the same thing I got yesterday. today I go to the counter I ask for my drink and she says your total is "$12.00" I WAS REALLY SHOCKED AND I ASKED WHAT WAS I PAYING FOR AND SHE WENT TO NAME ALL THESE DIFERENT THINGS SHE ADDED INTO THE ORDER. I am upset bc I was late to work i didn't get my drink and the young lady did nothing to change it to what i wanted so i walked out unhelped. I am a recent store manager and I understand customer service and I wasn't given that, I was not helped accordingly and its not like Starbucks to be this way. this area is a area for fast commute drivers whom are traveling to work and so on, so I'm upset that I wasn't able to get what I needed and NO one help to make sure that happened .
