Now that a medium burger combo is almost $20, and these kids are getting paid at least $15 per hour, you would think basic reading would go without saying. I just get so damn frustrated because they walk around like zombies and act like they HATE EVERYTHING! I know plenty of people that would love to get a $15/hr job and smile all the way to the bank.
The young lady that took my order was the exception. She deserves her $$$$. She got my order entered correct and was polite (even though I pulled up to the window instead of the next mic to order!) I apologized and she was very polite and cordial even though she had to walk my order over to the line. The other girl working there with her was short, a little snide and just turned her back! Geesh.... I went to the window instead of the microphone! Lock me up for LIFE for that one.
Then I get my order and pulled in the parking lot.... WOW. Ordered the burger with cheese, mayo, lettuce and tomato.... it came with cheese, mayo, lettuce, pickles, and onion. Guess they thought they knew better than me what i like on my burger. But they were close, barely missed it! (Sad, really) Probably had their cell phone in 1 hand and pants in the other. Too chill to be bothered to get an order right!
I am still in the parking lot making it all work out for me, but hopefully these other folks spending their hard earned money aren't having the same troubles.
The food is very good...... employees have no desire, care, or pride in what they are doing. And they are the next generation to lead this Great Country! GOD help us. Ungrateful, spoiled rotten little brats! We didn't get the luxury to live with mom and dad til we were 30! These precious little cupcakes do though.
Ok. I am done. I will pray for them all, and myself because that was mean... my...
Read moreCulver’s opened at 10:30; I sat in the parking lot for a few and then decided to go place my order which was at 10:45. Idk how I get cold and old fries. I requested my burger well done- you can still see blood juice. I requested a remake. The cashier asked if I wanted to hold in to the fries while they remake my sandwich. I said no and told her I’d like fresh hot fries. I stayed inside to wait for them to prepare my meal; apparently they forgot. There was a young lady that came from the back and asked about the “remake”- I told her it was me, she apologized and gave me my order. Again, fries were not hot. I saw one cashier accidentally knock a row of cups on the floor while she was bagging food; she turned around with the gloves on her hand, picked up the cups and place them back in the holder over the clean cups and with those same gloves on, she turned around and started back bagging food- putting her hands on top of fries that she just used to pick cups up off the floor. I was disgusted. It was a waste of my money bc I threw the food away. Just nasty. It was another worker that saw the look on my face- after we made eye contact, she grabbed a bunch of the cups and threw them in the trash and told the young lady that they needed to be thrown away bc they fell on the floor. I used to say something to anyone that I see being unclean- I didn’t say anything bc my voice carries and my tone needs a little work and people get embarrassed so I be discreet and call or wait until there is not a crowd of people around before I say something. However, I was not satisfied...
Read moreWell a couple weeks ago we went there and ordered the 10 piece shrimp meal which comes with slaw and fries and an extra slaw and extra drink. They delivered our food and there were only 8 shrimp and one slaw. I told them at the counter and they said it would take 3 minutes to cook the 2 shrimp and gave me the missing slaw. We were done eating the 8 shrimp and finally they brought the two missing shrimp. I didn't say anything at the time. Tonight we tried again. I had a coupon for a dollar off. They got the order right, but when I got home, I found that they did not take the $1 off the bill. I think we will be going to the Culvers in Middleburg from now on. Update: 02/20/2023 We decided to try again. Ordered 2, 6 piece shrimp dinners with cole slaw, fries, and drink. Both were delivered to the table. There were no forks to eat the slaw, I went to the order desk and was given 2 forks. Got back to the table and my wife said hey there are no rolls, just two butters. Back to the order taker. She asked the cook for 2 rolls and he handed her two rolls, one in each hand. Thankfully she told him to put them in a basket. Got to the table and discovered, no knives to spread the butter... Went back for the knives. Got back to the table and discovered that the butter was cold and hard as a rock and doesn't spread well on warm rolls. I'll end with a positive. One of the 6 piece dinners had 7 shrimp. This is just a...
