Mattress Firm Roscoe Village — Hotel in Jefferson Township

My trip to Mattress Firm was very well worth it! I’ve been in need of a new mattress for a while and oh was I so so glad I went to Mattress Firm! I was immediately greeted by Ace. He was super helpful, very polite and very attentive, answering all my questions with ease! I was looking for a Purple mattress and foundation. Ace showed me multiple mattresses from other brands just to see if those would suit me better. Once I laid down on the Purple Hybrid Premier 4” mattress I knew I found the perfect one plus my lower back pain faded away! The other purple mattress selections are very comfortable as well, but the Hybrid Premier is what caught my eye! Ace also showed me how the adjustable bases work and my god it does wonders for people who have back pain! I mentioned that the Purple mattress made my back pain go away, BUT the adjustable base just adds on to my back relief! When your legs are lifted by the bottom portion of the adjustable, it further relieves my back pain which is amazing. I was dead set on getting the non-adjustable foundation from purple, but after Ace demoed what the adjustable base is capable of, I knew I had to get that as well. So I went with the Mattress Firm 600 Adjustable Base. Ace’s coworker Phil was helping out as well and he was super nice also being very attentive! Ace and Phil taught me valuable sleep knowledge that I didn’t take too seriously until I stepped into that store! All in all, I definitely definitely recommend this Mattress Firm location in...

a couple months ago i came here with my dad, looking for a new firm mattress for me. Michael greeted us the moment we walked in. we were the only customers that afternoon hour, and Michael was a fantastic rep. he kindly asked what we’re looking for and, after telling him i was looking for firm mattresses, pointed out them out and gave us space to browse. he checked in after awhile and started conversation, at which point he brought my attention over to a firm mattress on an adjustable frame.

y’all. to say my entire life has changed with this thing is an understatement. i have horrible back pain and worse sleeping issues, and the firmest mattress in the store paired with this Serta adjustable frame??? unbelievable. i’m in heaven. i feel SO much better. it takes some getting used to, and takes some pillow engineering sometimes for my head to be comfy, but i’m sleeping so much better and waking up with my back NOT in horrible pain. IMAGINE!!

and Michael was really to thank for it. he was SO kind and patient, he was informative, friendly, and he wasn’t pushy at all. 20/10 rep, 20/10 mattress and frame; and 20/10 delivery!! easy peasy delivery and installation, really kind guys, and they whisked away my old mattress and box spring as well.

5-Stars are for Karolyn: I had a wonderful experience buying my Purple mattress with Karolyn. She was knowledgeable, personable, and patient with my many questions and indecisiveness. She balanced her time between us and multiple other customers, but when it came down to the actual purchase she focused on us for a long time. She put in a call to get us better rates on the adjustable frame, and she really took care of us and all the options we wanted. Also, it was fun to chat with her about travel!

I would have rated less than 5-stars if we didn't work with Karolyn: My only complaint was her manager/supervisor. He inserted himself more than once, and his feedback was NOT helpful at all. We walked in saying we wanted a hybrid bed with cooling. Karolyn was doing a great job showing us options. Her manager insisted on us trying a traditional innerspring mattress without the cooling top - exactly NOT what we wanted. When we said it was too warm, and the manager totally mansplained us - invalidating our feedback. Saying the mattress does the opposite. Look buddy, I laid down on the thing. I felt warmer on it than any other mattress in the joint.

Funny enough, he left Karolyn to work alone. As soon as he did, multiple groups came in. He probably lost commission...
