Rana is AMAZING!!! If I could relive my wedding day a billion times, I would book her every. single. time. Starting from the very beginning, she was responsive, so kind and radiated a genuine excitement that made me feel like I was talking to a friend, not just a stranger over email! I booked her and we scheduled a possible makeup/hair trial date that I ended up having to change TWICE and she was so flexible and understanding every time. She always reassured me and reminded me not to worry.

When I met her for my trial, it was confirmed I was in the best hands!! She was so easy to talk to, laugh with, and encouraged me to give her honest feedback. I really struggle with speaking my honest opinion and telling people what I want, but she made me feel completely comfortable in doing so.

On the wedding day, she arrived early (as she did for the trial) and started on my girls! I had 5 bridesmaids, my mom and my cousin. My mom is pretty picky whenever she gets things done but she LOVED Rana!! She raves about her to this day! All of my girls loved her, they all picked out different looks for themselves and Rana absolutely nailed every single look! Originally, I had somebody wanting to get her hair done but there was a miscommunication and I was told the day of (about an hour before!) that she actually didn't want her hair done - I told Rana and she encouraged me to invite anybody I wanted to take her place! I appreciated this and got to invite my cousin who is like a sister to me to come get ready with us girls! Early in the morning, I also had a girl running late to her time and Rana still kept everybody on track. Rana truly rolls with the punches and knows how to keep a day moving - this is SO important on your wedding day.

During the wedding day, there was some stress about decor and who was going to go purchase some things we forgot to bring and Rana literally texted her husband and he saved the day!! She encouraged me all morning to delegate to other vendors and reminded me that people were there to help. I also need to mention the conditions in which Rana was working in - the room at the resort I was placed in ended up having AC issues so it was like a solid 74 in the room we were all in. And as the day went on, more and more people were in the room and we were SWEATIN. My hair and makeup stayed intact throughout the entire day and night, through sweat, dancing and many happy tears. Rana gave me a touch-up kit and I didn't even need it besides some extra lip color at the very end of the night (seriously like 12 hours later!).

Rana truly made my bridal hair and makeup dreams come true and I would recommend her to everybody - not only for her skill in her art, but also for the energy she brings to your day. She is your hair and makeup artist, but she is also going to be your planner, trusted friend, encourager and...

I'm a wedding photographer in Chicago, and I have reccomended Rana and her team to countless couples over the last 5 years for sooo many reasons. When it came time for ME to get married, my partner and I chose Montana for the location, but I knew before we even picked a venue that I'd bring Rana to wherever I was getting married. As a professional photographer, the first question everyone asked when I got engaged was "Who will be YOUR photographer?" and the second was "and what about your HAIR?!" This may seem abnormal, but my big curly hair is my calling card and I desperately wanted to assure my curls would be perfect on my wedding day. I was terrified I'd look like a giant frizz ball or that my curls wouldn't stay all day, but Rana made a dream I thought was impossible (a perfect curly bridal style where every ringlet is perfect, for every single photo) come to life for me, and every time I look at my photos, it blows my mind that i'm looking at photos of myself and loving them so much I have NEVER felt comfortable in front of the camera, but Rana made me look and feel the most beautiful I've ever felt on my wedding day- I can never thank her enough for that gift!

I have a pale complexion with lots of texture, and my skin was flawless. My curls were perfection, I truly don't understand how she's so good with all textures of hair. I am a plus sized girly but my face looked snatched and perfectly ME still., Rana is a wizard. And not only did she execute EXACTLY what I wanted, but I even love how i look in late night selfies AFTER my after party!! I will never understand how her looks last SO long, but after seeing Rana's skills countless times through my job, and again on myself on my own wedding day, I am confident in saying she is the best in the business, and that you never need to consider another hair and makeup team in your life.

I had never had my makeup professionally done before working with her, but I felt completely at ease in her chair. Not only is she kind and personable, Rana is organized, extremely cleanly, and collaborative in creating the look you imagined in your head. She provides her expert input while still remaining flexible and styling you based on your preferences.

Prior to the day of the wedding, Rana was prompt and so excited in her responses, which made me feel so excited for the big day. We exchanged inspiration photos and she helped create the timeline for the morning of my wedding based on the number of people who were getting their hair and makeup done. Rana came to my house where me and my bridesmaids were getting ready for the day. She was happy to talk about the products she was using and give us the inside scoops on the must have products in the beauty industry. When providing makeup services, she also used new beauty blenders for each client and provided them to us after our makeup was completed, so we could have them for the rest of the day for touch ups. She also included a small sample tube of the lipsticks we all respectively wore.

I CRIED for 20 MINUTES NONSTOP at my ceremony, and still looked flawless at the reception because Rana's work held up so well. AND I was able to touch up any spots that needed it due to her thoughtfulness with the beauty blender and powder puff she gave me.

Rana is a true artist with years of experience under her belt. It felt like my big sister was helping me get ready for my wedding, and sitting and getting my makeup and hair done was easily the most relaxing part of the morning of my wedding. I feel so lucky and blessed to have worked with her, and look forward to any excuse I can come up with to work with her again...
