Where do I start, only reason im giving 1 star is because I cannot leave a 0 star review. We will start with the pool being closed due to health department having shut it down months prior. I feel this should be mentioned on the website, don't advertise amenities that you cannot provide. Then as we are getting settled into the room the previous guest who stayed in our room was sent up to knock and check if they left their Roku in the room and it just so happens that I was hooking up the Roku we had bought which resulted in a 45 minute argument with a couple that ultimately hooked up and found out everything on the Roku was in our name to which they stormed out of our room with no apology or anything , the staff had obviously taken the device and rather than give it back they sent aggravated people to our room which btw my 2 toddler children were already in crying because the pool was closed. Fine , we all decide to eat , take baths and watch movie. Tub was dirty, moldy, clogged with slimy hair, anything metal was covered in rust,all the caulking was cracked and black/ rust colored. The spicket for the tub was loose coming out of the wall , the screws holding the plate on the handle were half out not allowing the water to be turned on hot at all so we all had to take Luke warm baths, then when we went to eat dinner we went down and asked for some plastic spoons to which we were told we could get some when they put out breakfast at 5 am so we had to go to the store and get silverware to eat dinner , we lay down and every 15 minutes for the rest of the night till 5 am a door would slam next door and dogs started barking so noone slept a wink. At 5 am went to get breakfast and found the employees children in the eating area rough housing and being loud and extremely rude,as well as making a huge mess. All in all hands down this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had staying anywhere and in not proud to say but Ive spent time in a few different county jails which had better accommodations and food. If I could spend the rest of my life in front of this business holding a sign begging people not to stay or paying for them to stay somewhere else that's exactly what I would do but unfortunately some of us have to be professional and keep the world turning, but please do yourselves a favor and find another place to stay, the pool is permanently closed from what I was told by staff so don't tell your kids that the one night out of the year you get to take a break and try to have a fun relaxing day swimming was cockblocked by a family with a bad attitude running a shady business who refuse to refund your money even after they bold faced lie on their website. Lastly do not and I can't say it any more seriously do not let them tell you on top of the $100 your charged for the room that when you check in there is a $75 deposit because the person who checked us in was not who checked us out and they had no idea about the additional $75 cash we were charged the night before and refused to refund us the "deposit" on a room...

I did not like my experience here. For one they need to update the pictures online because the pictures are old outdated furniture and carpet but the room we had was an updated room. When we arrived we had to wait for someone to check us in that knew what they were doing because they were not skilled to figure it out. Makes me wonder why this person was even behind the counter to begin with. We had to wait almost ten minutes and we wanted to relax and get warm. Our power had went out with the storm 5 am in that morning we were checking in about 5:30 in the evening. I made the reservation at 3 and they could not find it. They still made accommodations for us even though I booked for the wrong day. I would have left a 4 star if the room wasn’t dirty. Finger print smears all over the Mirror. Dust galore all over the dark furniture that really shows when you turn on the lights. Microwave turn knob is broken off of it and has not been replaced. The fridge had mold in the freezer that can easily be cleaned with a hot water cloth. In the bathroom the baseboard is completely missing show ragged drywall that clearly shows there was a baseboard because the other half was behind the toilet broken off. What topped off everything not one of their seven WiFi options are working at all. Worked very slow for the first night. We wake up at 4 am and it is now almost six am and we still have no WiFi at all and it is almost like the shut it off through the night. I’m not sure but this was completely unacceptable. To top that all the freaking towels and wash clothes smelled like Indian food or scents and I have no problem with their culture but I do not like the smell on items I use on my body and that same smell was very strong when you walk in the door. It may just be me but that smell makes me sick...

After checking in was told to park in the back for it was the closest to our room. The back door lock was broken & unsecured. The back parking area was filthy & liked like a back alley drug hangout. After going inside it smelled strong of weed & extremely musty. The stairwells were filthy. The room was not at all as appeared in the pictures on their website. The bed sounded like hitting a bass drum every time getting in & out. The room at first look appeared tidy but was far from clean. No coffee pot, pen & paper & no Bible in the room. Had to go to the front desk to borrow a pen to sign for a delivery, to have front desk guy reluctantly loan me a pen then made sure I returned as I was not able to have the pool access code until the pen was returned. I dismissed this but still thought this was weird. After getting into the pool it was filthy & again nothing like the picture. Shouldn’t even claim to include breakfast as that was a complete joke. Only option was cereal or waffles from a very filthy waffle machine. The milk was kept in an un-refridgerated airpot sitting on the counter. They didn’t have traditional hotel coffee cups, instead they had the smaller styrofoam cups to use. While loading up to leave (about 9am) the front desk guy was in the hall rushing me along & kept asking me if I’m done and checked out. I reminded I had until 11am to check out. The only highlight of my time staying there was when I was actually not there. Do NOT recommend this place at ALL! Only picture I thought to take was their pool (left) along side with the online picture (right). Spend a few more dollars & stay somewhere...
