Absolutely magnificent place, the two-bedroom apartment we had was extremely strong built with rock solid walls and floors, no hint of noise from anywhere. Loved the room darkening shades in the bedroom. Great kitchen with EVERYTHING including cookie sheet, pizza pan, casserole dishes, along with all the usual stuff and they had some awesome cookware. I always bring my own frypan so I'm not dealing with scratched teflon, but they had a kind of nonstick that was awesome and better than mine. Over under washer dryer maybe the best machines I've ever used that got my clothes cleaner than at home or commercial, not kidding. Couch legit water repellent fabric, so spills wiped right up. Very strong deck with great barbeque. Downers - toilets rather old and hesitant, and we were invited to walk to the office for a plunger (which we had to keep using the whole week). Showers are the high pressure that scours your skin off your face and chest. Some in my family like that kind of thing apparently. Huge water heater but it did go cold for me once. I prefer a milder stream of water that can stay warm longer. There's a lack of design for strollers or luggage carts. No way to a level sidewalk to the elevator except squeezing between parked cars. (That was building 2) Two doorknobs falling off in the kitchen, screws were too small for the knobs. I fixed it by folding strips of plastic candy wrapper over the threads. They're solid now :-) Pool was great, loved everything about the pool area. Fantastic big well-designed hot tub and enjoyable large pool. They have floaties and swimmy diapers for sale. Downer, the lady who took our key card for the locker, when we were ready to leave shuffled through cards, "I think this one's yours" yeah, but it was not. Trip to the office for a new one. Better to give her your ID if she'll let you, so you can get the right one back. Walking paths are just awesome, choices for everyone's ability. I did the 3 mi loop a couple times and that was really fun with only a few mild elevation changes and AMAZING scenery to look at, and nice houses to comment on. Nice wide open bathroom in the spa building. Only problem, one sidewalk leads nowhere, simply ends at the four way stop at the entrance with nowhere safe to walk except turn around and go back. No crosswalks, "yield to traffic" everywhere. Must not be too dangerous as there were four deer right there in the bushes, two of them lying down, that was cool. Horsey rides were great. Overall we loved it and had...

This facility is very well designed and maintained and is hosted by courteous staff. That being said, this resort is not for everyone: such as those who enjoy sleep, privacy, and silence.

We arrived at the resort after a fourteen drive around 2 pm. Sleeping past 7 am is no easy task unless if equipped with earplugs or chloroform. The walls are paper thin. The contractor of this establishment apparently spared every expense and cut every corner when it came to insulation. The noises carried by neighbors leave very little to the imagination: you are very obviously surrounded by tap-dancing elephants who love to bowl. Every footstep, every scolding of a child, every rotation of a suitcase wheel is amplified upon sleep-deprived ears, and the bedroom door rattles with the sound of a hyperactive drummer boy upon every movement around you. I can't imagine a newlywed couple spending a night without being embarrassed in the morning.

I write this review after getting only four hours of sleep and laying here in the resort with no chance of getting any more unless if I choose to checkout and go elsewhere.

Upon first arrival in the middle of the night, my wife and I were thrilled with the environment and planned to come back here for our anniversary. But with this terrible experience, we plan to never...

The unit was clean and spacious. I enjoyed the view of the pine, cedar, and juniper trees out the window. Nice walking paths around the property. ||||The only negative thing I can say about my experience is the Wifi they offer. They have you pay for your wifi service. We opted to pay for 5 devices. We had an issue midway through our stay and were left without wifi for several days. The number provided for technical support was busy and not reachable. Guest services was finally able to reach them, although they were unable to resolve the issue. I have t-mobile cell service and it didn't work at the resort otherwise I would have just used my hotspot. My nephew had AT&T and his cell service worked great. ||||It didn't ruin our trip, but if they are going to charge for wifi it should work great and not the spotty, dropping off all the time, and ineffective technical support we received. ||||We requested a room with a jacuzzi tub and it was very nice to have all week. They were able to accommodate all of our special requests. (Hight floor, Jacuzzi tub)||||We loved the golf course!! If you golf, this is a fun and beautiful course. ||||The resort staff were very accommodating with our requests for additional supplies. The brought additional dishwasher tablets and TP...

This was a really nice stay. We stayed in one of the chalets, it was incredible. There was a hot tub on the deck though we didn't get around to using it because it was so hot out. The unit was nicely air-conditioned. The unit easily slept 6 of us, the published capacity of 8 would have been fine. We walked to the fitness center once for the pool, drove the other days. It was a little far uphill for the 4yo to get back. There was a nice landscaped stream that we had fun following. Crater Lake NP was a reasonable day trip and Klamath Falls had a nice Saturday market. There is a golf course at the Running Y with a Putter course. Plenty to do around the area or at the ranch. Overall it was a really great trip.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at WorldMark Running Y. We had a great check in experience with Grace followed by a lovely card from all of the staff once we entered the room to wish me a happy birthday since I was celebrating in Klamath Falls. The property was stunning: we saw numerous deer, bunnies, squirrels, and a frog! I loved the paved paths of the property and did the loop around the golf course. My family and I also enjoyed playing pool and pickleball on the beautiful courts. Such a great stay and looking forward to the next one!

It was a little unit issue which was quickly fixed by the staff. Overall, nice place to stay for a few days. Crater lake is the main reason. ............ Another stay (December 2022) was almost the same: - check-in wasn't simple as used to be even we are resort owners for 20 years (crossing the border with Mexico may be much easier;) - no more hot coffee in the lobby - some room issues were fixed by friendly staff (have no idea why it wasn't fixed before check-in) Other than that place was beautiful and peaceful.
