There is no way the 4 & 5 star reviews are not bribed. NONE. This is the grossest place I have ever stayed in my life. Stayed for State High School Track meet Fri-Sat in LaX so everything was booked up. I should have done more research. My husband booked it with a small rewards discount at $230 (!) for one night and didn’t go with us. Check in wasn’t until 3pm. Husband called me at 2:26pm saying the hotel had called him asking if he was still coming. He told hotel, “Yes, your policy says your check in isn’t until 3; my family will be there. Do not give the room away.” When we pulled in, we very narrowly avoided a head-on collision car accident, our first foreshadowing. Parked the car and my daughter immediately said “No, no, no, Mom, this can’t be where we’re staying!” Knew we didn’t have a choice other than to drive all the way back home 2+ hours, so we went and checked in, then went up to the room to check for bedbugs before taking any belongings. The sheets and towels appeared to be the only semi-clean things in the room. We wore slides in the shower/bathroom and shoes in the room the entire time. The pictures cannot adequately convey the disgustingness of the room. I’ve been home almost a week and I still don’t feel clean. If all the rooms look like this, this place needs to be condemned or burned to the ground. At BEST, it’s worth maybe $30 a night. (We barricaded the door to help my daughter feel safer to sleep and also to pull out the bench to adequately photograph how nasty it is. Those are NOT shadows.) I missed photographing the large bandaid that was being used as tape around the plumbing at the base of the toilet, and also the huge gap in the papering of the drywall in the corner of the shower that I’m sure was festering with mold. No coffee maker or blowdryer, not that we’d have used them; just 2 cups. The TV looked like it was cleaned with grease. Huge cobwebs. The nightstand was so filthy I wiped it TWICE with Lysol wipes from my car and they were still coming away brown. Filthy windows, half-assed paint jobs in different sheens, hair, mold, dirt… I would literally rather sleep in a state park shower facility than ever set foot in this hotel again - if you know, you know. Literally only good thing about it all is it wasn’t far from UW-LaX. Otherwise, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My fiancé and I stayed here after a long day of driving. We booked the hotel before we arrived in town for the sake of convenience. When we arrived, the man working there could not understand us enough to get us our room number, and nearly double charged us. When we got to the room, it was filthy. Like, never been cleaned ever filthy. The bed was unmade. The trash was not taken out. There were spiders in the bathroom. The floor was covered in dirt and dust, and some trash was left on the floor. This was easily the worst hotel room I’ve ever had the misfortune to be in.

Told by the owner “for the price you’re paying this is what you should expect to receive as a room.”Worst stay I have ever experienced! I am a choice employee myself so I do get a discount. The standard for how a hotel room should be cleaned should be very high! This place looked as if someone just stayed in the room and they didn’t clean it and just “straightened it up”. The staff and owner were both very umperfessional. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE! WARNING! An absolute embarrassment of a hotel and disgusting!

Let me start by saying this is hands-down the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been to. Blood stains on the comforters, literal hair in every corner. Comforter had food caked in every layer, not to mention the ginormous cobwebs and spiders in the room. Appeared that someone had taken a number two in there and didn’t flush.

Hotel manager told us that we get what we pay for. My mother is a GM at a Sleep Inn in Iowa and I would have never thought a room like this could be given to a guest. Owner told me he would call me back and make it right No call. Now I have to get the Choice Inn Brand involved since this owner is spineless and won’t take responsibility.

Please do yourself a favor and read the reviews and DONT stay here. This isn’t just a bad night for this place, this is how they run business. My brother and his wife were in a different room and it had black mold on the ceiling and they wouldn’t even come up to the room. I will find a way to post pictures to make sure this doesn’t happen to a family with kids that has no where else to go.

Listen, they even have their friends and family jump online to boost their reviews and still have a...

I mean, firstly I can’t be too upset over the room I got , it was fairly cheap for a hotel. But the mattress wasn’t that comfortable, the AC wouldn’t stay on, so the room was warmer than I like a sleeping room to be. Bathroom was small, shower really small for me being 6ft 4.

The tables weren’t 100% clean, there were visible smears on the surfaces.

No peep hole in the door!!! This is a huge security issue in my opinion, my rooms layout didn’t even have a window out the front to see whoever could be at the door, and given the nature of that part of town, gods only know what type of person could potentially knock on it and with zero way to see, is a huge safety concern.

I woke up and checked out only to a bit later notice I had several bites on my fingers and arms and was very itchy from the stay there. The room had some sort of bed bugs or something that bit me during the night.

I never did use the TV so I have nothing to rate there. But base on what all I did experience, I give the place 2 out of 10.

Sorry to say I won’t be back to...
