It would have been a better review, but this is the direct response I got from management over a 3 star review over Facebook.
Christopher I must say I don't ever comment back on reviews knowing you can't make everyone happy. In this case I will. Every review we have at every store of mine, the customer service is what we are praised on. Your first visit you wrote a great review on us. Then later you wrote a terrible review on us. I reached out to you and gave you free product and you removed your review. Months have passed and you haven't been back to our store since. Now you choose to write this review. You must have a lot of time on your hands. You compared us to other local shops. Perhaps you should read their reviews and see just how crappy their customer service is. We pride ourselves on customer service as every review we have indicates that!! We carry only the highest quality tested e-liquids on the market and I'm sorry but when you choose to supply your customers with only the best we do pay a little more for that. I appreciate that you have nothing better to do with your time then to bash businesses. Please continue to patronage those stores and kindly stay away from ours. You are just one of those guys that feel you are unpowered by writing reviews. Thank you the owner.
Again from management: E-cig Warehouse La Crosse I am not going to get into this back and fourth with you. I was the Vice President of one of the largest E-liquid manufactures in the world. I understand the liquids and the quality. We will not recycle the bottles because it is unsanitary. We offer reward points for loyalty and twice a month 40 dollar giveaways. Based on your review I think you would be better off continuing to take your business to those establishments that you feel are better qualified to give you the customer service that you feel is appropriate. While one employee there was consistently helpful, the other tends to talk down to customers instead of actually listening to what they are looking for. One major detractor from this shop is that it's a big of a hangout for vapers (mainly what seems to be friends of the workers).
