Rocky Rococo Pan Style Pizza — Restaurant in La Crosse

Hello all! Would like to start out by saying we do love Rocky’s pizza! However, their staff members on Copeland Ave. #112 are terrible! Placed an order From Jamie whom seemed nice talking to on the phone. She is definitely in need of some more training as she rung in our order almost double what it was supposed to be. On top of that when our delivery driver arrived he only had half of what we ordered. He insisted I call Jamie back right away she seemed extremely confused about why more then half my order was missing. I told her I would be happy to pay for the pizza only and that I would still like the rest of my food delivered. I explained when she asked for my card number a second time that I better not be charged twice. An what do you no over 60$ later an still no money in my account. Today 10/20 I called and spoke with Justin the so called manager of the place. He needs not only some training on customer service but also needs a new position as he was extremely disrespectful. He continued to be very rude as I told him clearly there needs to be some more training with his staff. I told him I would like ALL of my money returned as it shouldn’t be this much of Challenge to get pizza for my family. Yet again Justin continued to be a jerk. I highly recommend getting Rocky’s pizza just NOT from the Copland store! I hope nobody has to deal with the rudeness I have endured from Justin or any other staff member from there. I have loved Rocky Rococo’s Pizza since I first had it as a kid in the early 1980s. On Saturday 9/9/23 around 4:30 stopped at this location for an early dinner. The dining room was an absolute disaster, most of the tables were visibly dirty, some with dishes and left uneaten food that looked like it had been sitting for quite sometime. The soft drink fountain area was a total mess with straws and lids all over. The restrooms were gross to say the least. There was only one employee working, they were taking orders at the counter, and the drive-through and doing all the cooking. They were working their butt off! But there’s no way one person can do everything, please get some more help I felt awful for this employee. I was really hungry for Rocky Rococo’s‘s so against my initial judgment I went ahead and ordered a small Uncle Sal’s spectacular. I ordered a pizza to have it delivered to my place of work. I have been ordering pizza here for delivery to work with regular frequency. Tonight when I ordered my total came in significantly more than what it has ever been. When I added up the prices of the items I ordered based upon the posted priced on their website $7.29 for a #1 and $8.49 for a #3. My order total came in at $21.92. When I questioned this and attempted to clarify I was told by the person on the phone "Our prices went up" he was unable to clarify to me what the prices increased too, or clarify the price discrepancy other than "you have to add in taxes". Well 7.29+8.49=15.78 which when 15% sales tax is added changes the price to $18.15. Without being able to tell me what the prices had changed too how am I able to budget accordingly, and why are there such a discrepancy between your posted online prices and what the actual prices are and why can't the staff tell me what the...
