I never post reviews, but I think this situation warrants zero stars if it were possible. The worst part, is my family coming in from out of town who was exited for this experience will not get to live it. Three days of attempting to make a reservation for 9 people with a gentleman who would never get back to me. Attempted texting and he would reply with no recollection of what I was attempting to do. When I finally got ahold of him on a phone call he was rude, lied saying he gave me an opportunity to reserve, condescending and blamed me. What a way to win over new customers. The string of text messages (which I can post) demonstrate how irrational and clueless this man was. All I tried to do is make a reservation. Read moreWhat a gem, and in the heart of the Valley no less. Our Scout troops spent an overnight here doing some primitive camping, but were overjoyed to find nice restrooms and showers on site. Between fishing and horseback riding, exploring the grounds and observing the wildlife, there wasn't a dull moment. Personally, I was struck by the beauty: the peaceful blue ponds, the sunset-perfect views over the lake, even old buildings which had been reclaimed by nature held a magical feeling.
