cook & order taker don't know what they are doing. i asked for a buffalo ranch .. buffalo on the side. my burger came in dry. in the ticket, jst said no buffalo. cook didnt understoood that i still wanted the ranch. i asked for buffalo on the side. they charged me a buffalo dipping sauce. as long as they have buffalo ranch burger available, shouldn't be charging me extra for the sauce. im paying for the buffalo sauce already... why are u charging me again? i was supposed to get buffalo on a cup. this whataburger la joya used to be good... but now it sucks. stopped liking it after i got soggy burgers. young teens that dont care about customers honestly or managers/team leaders that dont know how to train properly or discipline...

..but what is so difficult about double-checking that an order is correct?
Every single time I go here, the team omits or forgets to add either fries, the condiments I asked for, or sometimes even an entire burger or sandwich.
I get it. The employees are younger and don’t see this job as something worth grinding at. I understand that as a younger person, too.. But to miss something every single time indicates a much larger issue with either the leadership, training, or morale.
I’ve been around the state and have frequented other locations many, many times and have not had this issue, so I know it’s location specific.
