INEXPERIENCED AND HORRIBLE WORKERS!!!

Don’t waste your time in this vape shop. The workers are stoned and are zoned out most of the time. Couldn’t even help me with out staring at the wall for minutes

I went to go get a new vape, The workers there didn’t have any idea how the vapes worked. I kept asking them for about the types of vapes they had and would only get answers that weren’t helpful. When I finally decided on the Vape that I wanted the worker there didn’t know how it worked and she burned the coil because she didn’t add any juice and then blamed it on me when I didn’t even have it in my hand.

I was sold juice that wasn’t even what I asked for and there is no way that I could know the difference of the Vape‘s juices and they acted like I was the one that made the mistake.

When I went back they didn’t even address that the other clerk burnt my coil and instead started to talk about the DELTA 8 and kept promoting it. That was unprofessional because I told them multiple times “I want my vape fixed and I’m not interested in the delta 8”

I couldn’t get a refund because she’s the one that put the juice in the Vape.

I had to buy more juice in a different place but at least the workers at that other Vape shop had a little laugh on what type of terrible workers Vape city has.

If the workers would at least try not to be stoned while at work and help their customers instead of giving them horrible advice and service, just maybe it wouldn’t be such a bad...

I've been coming here since this location opened up. And when I went in today around 9:00pm the Store manager was being so unprofessional calling me maa' making me feel weirded out and uncomfortable she then told me to present my ID which is fine but she said it with attitude and personally I don't think it's professional to be calling a costumer maa and when I told her not to call me that she started laughing and so did a guy that was with her that his name was Cesar he just stood next to her laughing at me. This is so sad and so unprofessional to be having a manager act like that with no class. I've never heard a store manager call a costumer maa and have so much attitude. I won't be going back to this location because honestly she gave me the ugliest vibes and attitude. I Don't ever want to come across a person like that. Sorry vape city but you need to get that manager to take some business and management classes because there's no professionalism at all very rude and very unpolite . When she gave me the change back she literally handed it to me so ugly basically she should have thrown it at me at that point. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and that's cause I was an everyday costumer to that store not anymore I rather go to another smoke shop because I never want to experience something like this ever again the manager literally made me feel horrible. Went to store told guy no Ice or freeze flavors...I am on crutches due to injury so I buy over 120 $ in juice flavors..I get home n start filling vapes. When I noticed 2 boxes were freeze..= menthol flavors i call store. Guy says can't exchange or refund...i say I was just in there..I have receipt. He say sorry.
