El Pato Mexican Food — Restaurant in La Joya

Thanks to Adrian and their wonderful staff we have had great breakfast tacos served and greeted well. I am also am appreciative that Adrian was also very helpful in notifying me what is best to get as a combo order with what I had ordered. Kudos and awesome customer service skills. The manager should know that their front area employee Diana G. Is lacking in her customer service. She rude to me after I waited at the drive thru window for her to attend me. I also called and let the phone ring for 3 minutes, she did not answer. So when I get off the car to walk around the restaurant to pick up my order she comes from the back as if nothing. I ordered the Flautas. When I was waiting for my order, I heard a microwave noise going off when I got my food. My spouse was looking at my food and I was looking at my food and I took one bite and I know this is the same thing from Walmart and they put it in the microwave and they cook it and it and outside it says fresh food , I will not eat here again this place with because it not authentic Mexican food . customers y'all must enjoy eating this food y'all Texas people do not know what is authentic...
