Who would have imagined that fried chicken could be this amazing? This is, without a doubt, the most exceptional fast food fried chicken ever! Although we rarely indulge in fried chicken, we were craving it and wanted to order from our usual place. However, we decided to try something different and opted for Golden Chick, despite never having tried it before. To our astonishment, it was an absolute game-changer! We have never experienced chicken this phenomenal before. The crunchiness was unreal, and the flavor was the best we've ever had. It's unbelievable that it's considered fast food! Since we can only have fried food occasionally, this is now our go-to place. It's incredibly delicious, juicy, and piping hot. Even after taking it home, it remains too hot to handle. Been coming to this location for years and always left happy until recently, they’re often forgetting our sides. Several times my spicy is actually regular and one time I caught it too late. Today I ordered food for my elderly father in law and got myself wings. After I order and go pay in drive through they tell me it’ll be another 10min for the wings and I nicely say that’s okay, 30min later of waiting it’s already dark and I go ask nicely for a refund. Nobody apologized or offered an explanation. I love the food here but this was completely unacceptable. The counter was full w employees and nobody could get my wings in under 30min. I placed an order at 8:21 pm online and then another one in person to add some drinks at 8:52 with Cristal M when the store closes at 11pm , it is currently 9:46pm and I still have not received my order. There is 3 crew members working 2 females and 1 male and 2 of them are cleaning the lobby and restrooms instead of helping . there are 4 cars parked in the front just like me and they keep piling up. worst service i’ve ever experienced.
