Best Western San Isidro Inn — Hotel in Laredo

Not sure what’s going on with this hotel, there’s no cars in the parking lot (2 o 3 maybe) there’s no people anywhere to be seen (besides the guy on the second floor hallway smoking) you go downstairs to have breakfast and they tell you they don’t have (what they have on the menu for the day) they said they run out.. you look at the list of guests that have breakfast before you and you only see 3 names..?!?|If you go to the reception area you can see there’s a no vacancy sign. Here is advertising that if you ask for them to clean the room they will clean it… not true, and even when you insist they go to your room take trash out, change towels and don’t even touch the bed….|Not sure if the issue is they don’t have people to clean rooms and cook or is just a place to laundry money. The place doesn’t look nothing like the pictures from the outside, actually looks better like they did a renovation but..they didn’t renovate the rooms sadly.|The receptionist will call you to let you know that you need to leave by 11:00am.|There’s much better places around, this people don’t care to...

If visiting Laredo, the Best Western San Isidro on Loop 20 by Doctor's Hospital is the place to book. The quality can't be beat, and you'll feel at home right away. You'll get great service from the friendly staff at check-in. Plus, the scenery is gorgeous that you'll just want to be outside enjoying the evening out by the gorgeous pool. The rooms are very nice, smell great, beds are very comfortable, and the amenities are what you need when traveling. This hotel is very peaceful all around. In the morning, you can enjoy a very delicious and filling breakfast. The breakfast menu varies, but there is a good selection from fresh fruit, yogurt, biscuits, eggs, beans, homemade flour tortillas, and other selections depending on the day you stay here. My husband says he will not stay any where else but here! So, he converted over when we came to visit Laredo. We got here because it was a little bit cheaper for about 10 USD but since 2e got here was a mess the card wasn't working at first, and then the room was very cold in winter, we turned the heat on and started a very annoying smell :S seconds before the fire alarm turned on, we called front desk and they said it was supposed to work like that!!! WTH XD I'm out, good look for the next guy.

Edit: Hey! The smell increases a lot and it became unbearable and I had to leave the room to look for another hotel and later As I was leaving the front desk employee obviously knew that I was canceling and let me wait, when I notice that he might be doing it on porpoise I ask him "I'm making a cancelation in the room, do you need me for anything or should I just leave the key" and he expressively asked me to stay and wait while he was over with another client (the system crashed and the client left) and THEN after like a 10 minutes wait, he told me that leaving the...
